Great location and wonderful staff. Breakfast was good. Beds were a bit hard for our liking. Mini split A/C was very noisy when fan was on medium or high and shower needed some deep scrubbing but other than that we had a fantastic stay.

very kind people in the hotel ; in the heart of Rome. They showed a lot of understanding when my wallet was stolen. the only thing I missed was the elevator ! But we were very happy with the room and the service

What a lovely place to stay in Rome. Received an excellent service, manager went far and beyond to make sure our needs were fulfilled on time, with such professionalism and kindness. He really made our stay unforgettable. The hotel is right in the heart of major tourist attractions but please keep in mind, as description indicates, it is only for adults. It was a different experience since it gave us a glimpse on how life was in this historic building and surrounding areas. We will for sure consider staying here again when we return to Rome. Thank you for everything!

This place was terrible. Don't go. Shower was broken - spurted water all over the room. Dirty shower. Poor internet access. No wall sockets to charge devices. Had to carry two heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs as there is no elevator. This is not a hotel. This is just a room in a house and a very poor house at that. If you like dirty rooms with a lack of facilities - please don't make the same mistake I did and book this place. Spend your money more wisely. There are far better places out there that would charge the same amount.

The only issue was the air conditioner. It didn't work well and it was loud and sounded like a helicopter every time it started up or stopped. Replace that and this would be a five.
