No service or cleaning

I never complain about anywhere I've ever stayed, well until now. A hotel room is somewhere 2 sleep, the bed was ok, but we had no fresh laundry. We ran out of loo roll, the shower was broken. Tea and coffee facility was a kettle, no cups or even a glass. We had 2 buy everything from the supermarket. Never saw any staff until 830 on check out day. If u wanna room without anything else on a low budget that's the place 2 stay, just remember 2 take the basics with u. Oh and don't stay in room 105 Good luck xx

Hotel?Residence? Alloggio da incubo

Pessimo soggiorno, si tratta di un appartamento strasformato in alloggi, non hanno nemmeno l'insegna sulla strada. Personale assente ci ho messo mezz'ora per parlare al telefono con l'addetto il quale tramite telefono mi ha mandato i codici di accesso per aprire la serratura elettronica della porta. Privo di sicurezza, pulizie pessime, locale fatiscente con il rubinetto del lavandino guasto, usciva pochissima acqua è con bidet non funzionante.

More like a youth hostel, avoid at all costs

This is more of a youth hostel rather than a guest house. There are no staff onsite, breakfast is a voucher for a rubbish pastry and tiny coffee in a local cafe. The cleaner starts ridiculously early and the management are not interested in your comfort. The room was clean but very worn out, the bed and shower were passed there use by date. Our Air Con flooded the room damaged our possessions and the manager didn't care. Steer clear of this place it's not even cheap and cheerful, rather over priced and miserable.

Check-in complicado, mas hospedagem muito boa

O local é bom, fica numa área residencial porém periférica de Roma mas com fácil acesso ao metrô. A comunicação é um pouco complicada pois como chegamos de madrugada, tivemos que ligar para um número indicado na reserva (mesmo não falando italiano, tive que improvisar com ajuda de um tradutor online) para avisar que estávamos a caminho. Quem atende é um funcionário que mora nas instalações e ele liga para uma outra pessoa, que é a responsável pelo local (esse já fala inglês). Esse responsável demorou um pouco para chegar ao local (cerca de meia hora depois que já estávamos lá) para nos entregar a chave. A pessoa que atendeu o telefone não atende a porta em hipótese alguma de madrugada (não sei por qual motivo, mas enfim). A única forma de comunicação é ligando para esse telefone que ele indica, não há outra forma pois mandei vários e-mails pedindo alternativas mas não teve jeito. Após esse pequeno imbróglio, o local é muito bom, fica numa área residencial, o quarto é bom mas não há arrumação (é como se você alugasse um apartamento no litoral, você sai, tranca a porta, quando volta, está do mesmo jeito, não é padrão hotel). O responsável fez o check-in apenas no dia seguinte de manhã e cobrou 3 euros por dia por hóspede (imposto local) que não está incluso na reserva. A região é segura, tem um Carrefour 24h próximo, o ônibus que leva ao metrô passa uma quadra depois. Sobre café da manhã, não fomos informado a respeito pelo responsável. Check-out: só deixar a chave numa caixa.

mala atencion

no te explican nada, el desayuno te dan dos papelitos para que vallas a un bar a tres cuadras, el aire acondicionado se ve que lo tienen programado a los cinco minutos se apaga, tuvimos que comprar pilas para el aire ya que nos prometieron traerlas y nunca aparecieron. tienen un horario raro para atenderte y si llegas una hora antes como lo hice no te dejan ni entrar te atienden por telefono y dicen que te vallas y vengas a la hora acordada

Buona posizione per raggiungere l'aeroporto

Non ho particolari lamentele da fare (camere pulite, carine, abbastanza comode)se non che, più che un Residence, è un appartamento in un condominio, dove sono state realizzate 3 camere con bagno. Consiglierei questa struttura per la posizione, da cui è semplice raggiungere l'aeroporto

Disappointment

When we arrived there was nobody at the hotel. We had to buzz the hotel for 12 minutes (I counted). Then finally someone answered, was grumpy, and said he was on his way over. After another 10 minutes (while he was driving over to us) we were able to go past the gate and enter the building. He handed us the key begrudgingly without introducing the aspects of the hotel, led us to our room and took off. He made it feel like we were a burden on him which felt incredibly uncomfortable. When in the room, the shower didn't heat up, but the bed was very comfy. The next morning we did not know how to check out because he had not said anything about it, so again began the buzzing until we reached him fiasco. Honestly, it was cheaper than other hotels in the area, but not worth saving a little money, especially after a long day of traveling.

Très déçu la residence ne correspond pas à ce que il est écrit sur le site Voyages-SNCF. En effet le petit-déjeuner ne se trouve pas sur la résidence mais dès le matin il faut partir faire minimum 400 m pour pouvoir déjeuner le petit déj n'a pas de grand choix puisque c'est soit cappuccino soit chocolat avec une viennoiserie,même pas un simple jus d'orange ensuite insonorisation inexistante on avait l'impression de dormir au bord de la route le volet ne ferme pas donc à 7h du matin on est réveillé. des grosses taches noires sont également sur le mur de la salle de bain celle-ci a les supports de serviettes à moitié arraché les joints de carrelage sont pourris il y a également de la poussière au-dessus du carrelage le frigo et en fait un mini bar qui a été nettoyé il y a 5 ans. je cherche encore où est l'emplacement kitchenette bref tout ça pour dire que je suis très déçu et l'accueil et tout simplement médiocre puisque le gérant ou la personne qui s'occupe des lieux ne fait aucun effort(italien)et lorsqu'elle arrive pas à se faire comprendre ou elle laisse carrément les gens parler sans rien dire où met un terme à la discussion. j'ai quand même mis une note pour la propreté de la chambre à 2 etoiles car on a réussi à trouver la personne qui fait les chambres pour avoir du papier toilette. Pour le confort, c'est des matelas d'appoint (attention aux mal de dos) et comme par hasard j'ai appelé voyages sncf 2 fois et ils ne pouvaient me répondre suite à un grand nombre d'appels

Residence Ciampino gave me very wrong info

I booked from Belgium and phoned Residence Ciampino in advance to make sure about distance and transportation costs.they assure me about everything , but they gave me very wrong/unreal information . Since i arrived to airport in Italy i found out everything they told me was wrong and hopefully never attended the Residence Ciampino. They never paid me back my money and said do what you can in whatsapp . I Believe all misunderstanding happened based on their English , and Non-flexible approach.

Room was lovely and spacious.

Our room was very spacious and really clean. The owner was very helpful in giving us a tourist map and showing us the best attractions and how to use and get to the metro. Never had breakfast as couldn't find the place which was the only disappointing part of our trip!

Hotel Ciampino.

Eigenaar aardig, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hotel is zeer eenvoudig, luidruchtige kamers, bij aankomst moet je apart telefonisch bellen om de eigenaar te laten komen en om dan verder geholpen te worden en kamers moeten nog verder in orde gemaakt worden. Tv heeft maar 1 zender: RAI 1. Hoeft geen uitgebreide zenderpakket aanwezig te zijn maar alleen deze zender is toch erg weinig.

Praticamente un disastro...

Camera micro scopica, l'igiene della camera lasciava a desiderare, nonostante avessimo avvisato del nostro arrivo notturno non abbiamo trovato nessuno siamo stati aperti a distanza con codice la camera, nella camera non vi era carta igienica e nonostante fosse una doppia vi era solo un telo doccia! l'unica nota a favore la facilità di parcheggio ! Si trovava circa 5 km dall'aeroporto di ciampino.

Owner is only available after 16:00, however he is very friendly and helpful. Far from city center, but price is good. Italian style breakfast (cappuccino and cornetto) in Bar, 100m from pension. Walls in pension are very thin and you hear everything that your neighbours say. Nearest bus stop is 100 m away, so it is easy to get to downtown.

Hotel muy alejado del centro, pero buen barrio.

No limpiaban las habitaciones. Mi reserva tenía el desayuno incluido y jamás me lo dieron. La habitación bien. El personal sólo lo vi 2 veces en 5 días. Nunca había nadie en recepción .
