Great place

Lovely and very friendly place. We found it comfortable and just enough for a short break. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Thank you guys for making our experience greater😊. We would definately recomend it!

Great value for money! Highly Recommend ! Cosy room and small bathroom with everything you need. 5 min walk to a bus stop where you can pick up the 85 bus that takes you to the Colosseum in less than 15 mins. The girls who run this property are incredibly friendly and helpful. Had washing done through the hotel which was very convenient but quite expensive. Walls are a bit thin- easy to be woken/kept up by other guests. Overall a great option for young couples and travellers. You’d regret not booking here !

Notre chambre était très grande avec une belle hauteur sous plafond ce qui est agréable. Il y avait un petit balcon très mignon sui donnait sur le parc ce qui était sympa. Le quartier est très calme et jolie avec le parc et des arbres fleuris. Le personnel est très gentil et nous a très bien conseillé pour trouver une rue piétonne animée et jolie pour bien manger et boire un verre à deux pas de la villa! Je recommande très fortement !

Colazione bey bey

Nel complesso più che sufficiente, l'unica pecca la colazione. I succhi di frutta sono riempiti con un'altra bevanda simile che non corrisponde all'etichetta della bottiglietta, direi una furbata. Il resto è tutto confezionato con prodotti discount. E per finire la colazione la si fa seduti sul letto, perché non c'è un tavolino, né sedie e tanto meno un spazio comune.

The room was not clean enough(behind big desk in front of the bed) since we dropped something and when we moved it it was extremely dirty. There was a water heater for tea and you can see the accumulation of dirt on the lid. Breakfast should be better explained that it was toast and croissant but not made, it was like from a vending machine. It was also waaaay to far from a bus or train station. Overall they are not deal breakers but we did stayed at another hotel in Rome with a better price and the experience is at a whole different level so I would say this is overpriced and it was more central located and right in front of the metro, like 5 feet from the front entrance.

A localização apesar de afastada dos pontos turísticos é boa pois tem um comércio de fácil de acesso., com mercados, feira, restaurantes...A área é bem residencial e é possível sentir e perceber como os romanos vivem. O único porém é o café da manhã que não deveria ser chamado de café da manhã, pois é composto apenas de bolinhos doces e sucos industrializados prontos.

Vantagens de ficar em um bairro residencial.

O bairro é bem residencial. Fica a cerca de 15 minutos da estação Re di Roma do metrô da Linha A, que dá acesso as estações que levam a pontos turísticos como a Piazza Spagna. A rua muito tranquila com uma praça na frente. Próximo a estação podemos encontrar também lojas da melhor doceria de canoli e de Tiramisu de Roma. Além disso, há acesso fácil a mercados, farmácia e comércio em geral. O único porém é o café da manhã que não faz jus ao nome, são apenas bolinhos e suco industrializados (ruins), torrada, geleia e café solúvel/cápsula. O local está conservado e foi limpo todos os dias de estadia.

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, wenn man sich nicht viel im Hotel aufhalten möchte. Die Putzfrau kam jeden Tag. Das Frühstück besteht aus abgepackten Süßen Snacks, wem das nicht reicht, der muss sich im Supermarkt um die Ecke zusätzlich eindecken. Die Metro ist in ca. 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine vernünftige Unterkunft.

La posizione era buona per gli spostamenti, specialmente in auto. La camera carina, l'unica pecca è stata purtroppo la triste colazione con i cornetti confezionati. Da questo punto di vista mi aspettavo di più! In ogni caso ci siamo trovati bene e sicuramente il relais si trova in una zona tranquilla ed è anche affacciato su un bel parco!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo relais per tre notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La nostra stanza era spaziosa, confortevole e silenziosa, il bagno piccolo, ma molto pulito. Lo staff è sempre a disposizione e molto cordiale. Se dovessi tornare a Roma, penso che alloggerei di nuovo qui.

ローマには一日だけトランジットのために滞在しました。またサンジョバンニ教会への徒歩圏内の場所を探していたために便利でした。ただし、メトロの駅からは徒歩１０分ほどの距離にあり、メトロを活用したローマの移動には必ずしも便利ではありません。

Una sorpresa

Ho prenotato una notte in questa struttura e non mi aspettavo (visto il prezzo veramente contenuto!) un bnb così: pulizia, camera spaziose e arredata con gusto. Il titolare si è dimostrato estremamente paziente e disponibile (non avendo la struttura una hall per il check in bisogna accordarsi) venendomi incontro con gli orari a causa di alcuni problemi che ho avuto con il viaggio. La posizione è fantastica (ma questo lo sapevo già da prima) trovandosi vicinissimo a metro e fermate dell'autobus, ed essendo comunque al centro di Roma.

Fantastico

Abbiamo prenotato la camera matrimoniale standard ed era stupenda, una grande matrimoniale con bagno privato interno. La struttura è pulitissima, lo staff estremamente gentile, per la colazione potevamo farla in camera all'orario che volevamo. Molto buona anche la posizione, la piazza su cui affaccia il b&b è isola pedonale con al centro uno splendido parco, la metro più vicini è ad appena 10 minuti a piedi. Non abbiamo neanche avuto difficoltà per il parcheggio lì in zona. Assolutamente da consigliare considerando anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo ineguagliabile.

Cant rate this location, they didn't open the door

Like my tittle says, they never opened the door, I waited an hour outside at 9 PM and never got an answer, called multiple times and never got an answer, after waiting I got tired and had to get a new hotel, they later called me and told me it was my fault for not staying outside longer then they hanged up on me.

Hotelli sopii omatoimiselle matkustajalle, joka haluaa hiljaisen, siistin ja viihtyisän majapaikan, mutta ei kaipaa lomahotelleille tyypillisiä palveluita, kuten ravintoloita tai uima-allasta. Nice room but compact washroom.

No staff service ,No room service As it is Not a hotel Just Bed and Breakfast. Breakfast was only 1 bottle juice, 1 bread , butter and jam per person. Not good Washroom /Toilets were really compact. Far from metro station Good for students or bachelors , Not for family
