I arrived at the property (in September) having paid in advance (in January) and they had NO reservation for me at all. They were fully booked and had NO room for me at all. Expedia had no alternative for me for TWO nights and never called ME back, even though you had my cell phone number. I was homeless in a foreign country because of EXPEDIA. And now I get an email saying you will not refund me. Unacceptable.

O local é bem localizado, o atendimento atencioso, porém ao chegar fomos surpreendidos com a informação que o o encanamento do local havia sofrido um acidente e com isso eles nos mandaria para outro lugar equivalente. Ao chegar no local nos deparamos com um local, sujo, inabitável onde roupas cama tinham manchas de sangue, banheiros sem higiene e limpeza, forte odor de cigarro. Reclamamos ao anfitrião depois de muita conversa acalorada cancelamos e mudamos pra outro hotel

Good experience, would stay again

Overall, I would stay again however next time I go to Rome I would like to stay in the Travstere neighborhood. We found this neighborhood at the recommendation of the owner of the hotel. Check in was relatively simple, you do have to pay a city tax—in cash, so don’t forget. The owner was available by text for anything we might need including recommendations. He readily arranged us a ride to the airport at 0400 for our 0600 flight which was incredibly convenient and for €50, it was cheaper than a taxi would’ve been. Bed was comfortable. WiFi was unbearably slow, we couldn’t use our laptops hardly at all. However, we were on vacation so maybe that was needed. The bathroom is very clean and good quality. The toilet in our room (104) runs which might keep up a light sleeper, and there are constant flashing lights outside the window but the shadows are dark enough to block them entirely. Again, just minor issues. There’s good food nearby and bars. Shopping all around. Extremely close to the Trevi Fountain (5-10 min walk), and fairly close to the Pantheon. We walked to all of those comfortably. Highly suggest you stay here!
