The room was air conditioned well and allowed me to control the temperature. The rooms were well stocked with needed toiletries, the bed was comfortable, the rooms were quiet, clean and roomy. The lication is perfect too. We will stay again on our next trip to Rome.

I really like this hotel. For a tourist It was far enough away from the crowds to feel peaceful, but close enough to the attractions to feel convenient. I loved eating breakfast in the park and then heading into city center. And staying in the same neighborhood as some of Rome’s world class hotels without the world class price tag made me feel like I’d found a true hidden gem. The only thing I will say is that if you have mobility issues you may want to talk to the hotel first as there are a few tricky stairs going up to the rooms.

The hotel room was 5 star. The Staff who is male, very helpful. Room was very clean including the bathroom The room amenities provided were fantastic. So we were well looked after. I stayed here for 3 nights with my 2 Teenage children who also loved staying at Relais Pinciani. Centrally located and easy access to the metro and all famous landmarks. Very easy to walk to the Spanish steps also and Trevi Fountain / Villa Borghese / Piazza Di Spagna. Very pleased with our stay.

Clean , nice room. But, getting upstairs You need to take (2) elevators. For people with disabilities definatelly NO GO!!!!. First 10 stairs up ,then old fashioned elevator then anoter 2 stairs down and then few steps up to another VERY SLIM elevator.. Great View and clean room. We won't come back though

Relais Pinciana is a good value for the money. However, just be aware that the rooms are on the top floor of a building with a very small elevator, and it actually requires two elevators to get up to the rooms. If you have a lot of luggage, it may not be the best bet for you. The staff was friendly but don't expect Concierge-level attention. The rooms were clean and the location was good, right near a metro stop and Borghese Gardens.

This is not a traditional hotel. No lobby nor amenities. It is located on the fifth floor of an old 4th story building. There is a very old elevator that takes you to the 4th floor. Then another separate elevator for the additional added floor. There are 6-7 rooms total. Rooms are clean and updated. Wifi and air conditioning worked great. Staff were great and location is perfect, next to a metro station entrance, with great views of gardens of Villa Borghese and Vatican. Not perfect for people with mobility issues or families with strollers (several steps to take up to the first elevator and in between elevators).

We had a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay here again. The room was modern, spacious and very clean. The AC was wonderful and very much appreciated! The beds are large and comfortable. We had a room with two queen beds which was hard to find in Europe. It was great coming back every day from our adventures to a fridge stocked with water and soda. The staff is also great. They made sure we had everything we needed. There are so many great restaurants nearby. La Bruschetta E and Il Fiammifero Strano are really close by and have authentic Italian food and homemade pasta and pizza. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance (it’s a bit of a walk to get to the train). We accessed almost everywhere we went in Rome using the subway. Great hotel and great stay!

Modern and comfortable room but be prepared for odd steps and 2 man elevators to get to the top floor property in a residential building. The tenants are not happy with this in their building but seem to tolerate all of us with our luggage. We found a shortcut from the building which is right off the park to the Spanish Steps piazza but it is not right on the subway line so beware.

The location was ideal. However, if your trav8with luggage it is not very convenient. There is a flight of stairs to negotiate to get to the elevator and it only takes you part of the way, then you have some stairs to get to the second elevator which is too small to accommodate suitcases and people.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was located within walking distance to many historical landmarks. If you don’t feel like walking, the metro station is just few steps away. The property was clean and amenities were great. I highly recommend staying there. If I’m ever back in Rome, I’ll definitely be staying there again.
