Nette Unterkunft in Vatikannähe
Schönes ruhiges Zimmer mit Fenster zum Innenhof mit Blick auf einen Orangenbaum. Schönes Ambiente. Gleich nebenan gibt es eine kleine markthalle mit nettem angebot, der petersplatz liegt in laufweite. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würden beim nächsten aufenthalt wieder dort buchen. Einziges kleines manko, die Räume sind sehr hellhörig, das hat uns jedoch nicht besonders gestört. Zum frühstück gibt es gefüllte Croissants, Toast, Yoghurt und Cornflakes, alles was man für einen guten Tagesstart so braucht.

Kleines elegantes Hotel - Top Lage in Prati
Wir waren das erste Mal in Rom und haben uns hierfür das "Relais della Torre" als Hotel rausgesucht. Die Lage in Rom/Prati ist in unseren Augen absolut perfekt gewesen! Direkt zwischen Vatikan und Engelsburg gelegen in einem der schönsten Stadtteile von Rom - in Prati. Schöne Restaurants und Straßen, alles fußläufig erreichbar und wenig Touristen. Direkt gegenüber liegt ein überdachter Markt - klein aber oho! Für abends auf dem Zimmer haben wir uns hier Artischocken, Käse und Pesto geholt. Das Beste was wir in Rom gegessen haben (und wir haben einiges probiert!).
Das Hotel selbst ist in einem wunderschönen Altbau gelegen und verfügt über 4 Zimmer. Alles total schön schlicht gehalten. Das Bett war super! Groß und nicht zu weich. Wir fanden das Zimmer schön ruhig. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Fernsehen, Heizung/Klima (die man per Fernbedienung selbst steuern kann), Fön, Adapter für Italien, Safe, Kleiderbügel im offenen Schrank. Unser Badezimmer ließ sich durch eine Schiebetür schließen und besaß eine Dusche sowie ein Bidet. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt und das Bett gemacht, selbst unsere Klamotten waren gefaltet.
Das Frühstück war typisch italienisch. Wer Süßes (wie wir) morgens liebt, ist hier genau richtig! Tolle Cornetti mit Nutellafüllung oder Vanille, Caffé, Espresso, Milch, Saft, Kelloggs, Toast, Joghurt. Die Küche ist auch der Eingangsbereich. Hier steht zu jeder Zeit die Nespresso zur Verfügung! Schönes Hotel, Gute Lage
Gute Lage 5 Minuten bis zum Vatikan und Engelsburg, Hotel direkt Nebenstraße der Shopping-Straße.
Perfektes Hotel um Rom zu besichtigen.
