Es acorde a lo que se paga, buena úbicación, teniamos a 1 cuadra el metro y a 1km el coliseo. Mattia debe ser del signo de virgo porque limpia todos los días la habitación, ya habiamos leido comentarios que ordena las cosas al limpiar, por lo que si son delicados con sus cosas, sugeriria otro lugar. La hab. es entregada las 15hs, no a las 14hs como indica expedia.

Enorm netter Gastgeber, welcher auch im Notfall bei der Abreise (Handy im Zimmer vergessen) spontan helfen konnte.

Hay que llamar para avisarlo de la llegada si llegas antes de las 12:00 y tienes que esperar en la calle más de media hora. Ya que no hay nadie en el hotel en esas horas. Es la única pega que tuvimos. El resto, Matías encantador, te ayuda un montón a la hora de visitar la ciudad. La habitación con mucho encanto y cama cómoda para descansar. Al lado del metro. La cafetería de la esquina tiene un café riquísimo y super barato (también los cornettos) Y la pizzería que hay una calle más para arriba, la mejor a la que hemos ido (pizzería Trattoria Vecchia Roma, vía ferruccio 12 b/c, la recomiendo! Tanto precio como sabor y trato!Mejor reservar porque siempre está lleno o estar allí antes de que abra a las 19:00h) Todo cerca, localización perfecta para verlo todo. En general muy contentos!!

Mattia è un padrone di casa eccezionale, perchè è a casa che ci si sene in questa struttura. Le camere sono molto confortevoli e dotate di tutto il necessario, nuove e pulite. C'è anche un buffet disponibile 24h, con possibilità di mangiare e farsi da bere. Quando tornerò a Roma soggiornerò sicuramente di nuovo qui!

Relocated to a nice guesthouse

We was relocated to another guesthouse nearby, 7 miracles. Nice and tidy room in a newly renovated facility. We were happily surprised that a simple, selfservice breakfast was included. The guesthouse is not staffed though and we had some trouble with keys (witch was solved). Staff is available on Snapchat. The rooms could be better soundproof, but it was not very noisy during our stay. We were well recieved and had good advice of different tourist attractions, nice restaurants and public transport. The location is good, just between the central station and the Colosseum, but the neighbourhood felt a bit rough. Just a few blocks away there were a nicer area with cosy tavernas and small street. And nothing bad happened, though we walked everywhere. Considering everything, including a very modets prize, we can highly recommend 7 miracles.

Nice stay

Our stay was perfect. Mattias was very friendly and he tried to help us by giving us a program to see everything. Although we asked about an early check in he was waiting for us, but the room wasn’t ready and he hadn’t told us from the start. But we are thankful that he tried to make it quickly. The home is very beautiful with nice bed. It is a little bit noisy at day, but we liked our stay and we will try to come soon back. Thanks for all!

Wir waren nicht in der ursprünglichen Unterkunft, sondern wurden von Matthia empfangen und in eine andere Unterkunft, ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt, untergebracht. Matthia war ein sehr netter und bemühter Gastgeber mit tollen Tipps bezüglich Reiseplanung, Sightseeing und Restaurants! VIelen Dank dafür! :) Für das Zimmer (Zimmer 3) gibt es aber leider Abschläge: leider hatte ich für die erste Nacht keine Ohropax dabei, was ein großer Fehler war: die Wände sind dünn wie Papier! Bis halb 12 hat der Nachbar (der seinen Fernseher direkt an der Wand unseres Bettes hatte) ferngeschaut, während die Nachbarn oben Billard gespielt haben?! Jedenfalls hat es sich so angehört ... sogar die Zimmernachbarn gegenüber hat man gehört, wenn sie lauter gesprochen haben :( Mit Ohropax waren die übrigen Nächte dann ruhig. Zweites Manko: scheinbar gibt es keine frischen Handtücher? Es wurde einfach das am Boden liegende, dreckige Handtuch aufgehoben und wieder hingehängt. Die Nähe zur U-Bahn (ca. 200m) ist wiederum ein deutliches Plus! In Summe würden wir diese Unterkunft aber nicht nochmal buchen ... :(

Fomos recebidos pelo Mattia. Excelente profissional, nos deu dicas sobre a cidade. O café da manhã fica à vontade o dia todo. Não é tão perto do Coliseu e outras atrações. Cerca de 20 minutos caminhando. Metrô fica cerca de 350 metros. Quarto limpo e sem nenhum cheiro. Banheiro e chuveiro muito bons.

Seven Miracles

를레단테 대신에 새로 오픈한 2호점인 세븐미라클스에서 6박했는데 테르미니에서 두정거장 가야함. 근처에 파씨(젤라또)와 그옆에 포켓커피 제일싸게파는 마트가 걸어서 5분안걸리는듯. 숙소는 일단 오픈한지 한달밖에안되어서 겁나 깨끗하고 시설도 좋음 집안에 방이 총 6개 정도 있는거 같음. 간단한 조식 먹을 수 있게 해놔서 좋다. 주인인 Mattia가 넘 친절하고 잘 알려줌. 밤늦게 노느라 교통 끊기면 테르미니역 근처에서 20-25분정도 걸어가야함 중간에 으스스한 지역이있는데 나름 괜찮았음 (여자분들은 조심하실 필요가 있어요) 되도록 테르미니역근처를 추천하지만 가성비+개인실 필요하신분은 여기 강추 다시 로마간다면 테르미니역근처에 방 없으면 무조건 여기서 다시묵을생각. 즐거운 여행 하세요~! 지하철에서 소매치기 조심 마지막날 체크아웃하고 테르미니역 갈려고 지하철 탔는데 소매치기 모녀한테 당할뻔~ 집주인이 지하철탈때 좌우 끝으로만 타라고 말해주는데 진짜 사람많은 시간때에는 좌우 끝으로 타세요!

Mattia es un anfitrión estupendo. Muy atento y simpático te explica y te ayuda con todo lo que necesites. El alojamiento muy bien, muy nuevo, buena decoración y la cama muy cómoda. Hay una zona común con galletas, bizcochitos, máquina para café y puedes desayunar lo que quieras. Nos alegramos mucho con nuestra elección. Excelente calidad precio.

La zona no es la mejor

El hotel está bien en general, además que es muy económico. Lo que no es nada agradable es la zona en dónde está, ya que se reúnen muchos jóvenes que parecen que se mueven en el bajo mundo. De hecho me toco ver una pelea grupal entré ellos.

Relais Dante estaba fuera de servicio. Mattia nos llevó a otro hospedaje (7 miracles) a un par de cuadras. La zona era mejor. La estancia nueva, cómoda, el metro a una cuadra. Desayuno de café y pan. Mattia muy amable y nos dio consejos para pasear en Roma

Relais Dante - nie do końca

W sumie mało mam do napisania o Relais Dante, gdyż ze względu na problemy w tej lokalizacji wlaściciel zaproponował nam inny pokój. Czy to nam wyszło na dobre? Chyba tak, bo standard ten sam. Można śmiało polecić.

Esta cerca de una parada de metro y muy bien comunicado a 800m del Coliseo. El dueño del Hotel es muy amable, atento y servicial. Lo recomiendo 100%.

In a quiet area 5 min walk from the Metro which is very simple to navigate. Also 15 min walk from the coliseum in one direction and the same distance to the main centre in the other direction. We were met by Matteo, the owner who was very informative, helpful and is clearly passionate about his City & his property. Everything was brand new very clean and very comfortable. There was a very well equipped kitchen for snacks and a light breakfast at no extra charge. A beautiful clean en suite, with shampoo & body wash, with Avery good hairdryer, which I was relieved about as have very thick hair! Their is a small fridge in the room , which we kept our water & fresh milk in. There is a small supermarket about 6 doors away to buy essentials. A couple of suggestions that would make this perfect are more coat hangers in the wardrobe and maybe a couple of hooks on the back of the room door and bathroom door. We will return to Rome and would definitely stay here again and would also recommend it to friends visiting this amazing city.
