I enjoyed my few hours staying at pit Stop. The host was very caring even though i arrived very late he communicated with me when i was so desperate to get the taxi to go to airport at 4:00AM he send me the number also Fabio taxi driver was so gentleman he help me to pick up my luggage’s to the van.

Clean and convenient, very close to the train station. Bathroom is shared, but very clean and nice. There is a very useful shared kitchen area which is also very clean, and the host provides basic buffet breakfast items which is ideal. I have used this place twice now, and i would use it again if I need to stay in Ciampino.

Host is helpful, respond quickly. Place is close to the airport, overall good value for money. It would be great if the room can be more soundproof as I could hear the cars passing by on the street.

I realized it was B&B only when I got there. Three nice rooms, a nice kitchen and a nice shared bathroom. Not really my thing, but it was great for a night, everything was renovated or new, and the host was great.

Perfect night stop when arriving late. The bus from Rome Ciampio is a 5 minute walk away and also for the train. The only thing is, it is a shared bathroom which isnt ideal but basic, clean and functional stop.

Hidden Gem

Self service breakfast in kitchen with all basic essentials. Modern an clean rooms. Stayed here before going on to central Rome, but wish I'd of stayed here! 2 min walk from train station. Getting to accommodation not straight forward from Ciampino airport as on the map it looks very close, but in fact there is a runway between so you have to get a bus( airlink) 15mins journey to go round to Ciampino station then walk to accommodation. It is not obvious when you are there as sign for pit stop is so small you could miss it. Basically a brown door in a wall! Entry by keysafe they will email you last minute! Door opposite a cafe across road. Don't panic, go and have a coffee and wait for code😉

Shame our pitstop was only 12hrs.

The apartment was so well presented and shared kitchen well equipped. Check in / entry was easy .... tho' we did get bit spooked waiting on details for how to get in. ( had been expecting email/msg 24hrs ahead. ) We were still trying to sort whilst pulling in to Ciampino station ! Danielle reasured us and apartment easily found. The apartment was way over what we were expecting and sadly , having chosen purely as place to lay our heads before very early flight , we didn't have time to do justice to how good room and facilities were. Clean , modern , well equipped and well looked after. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and similarly happy to suggest to friends/family should they be visiting area.
