I would give this place 6 stars if I could. It was extremely clean, in walking distance from lots of waterfront restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you want to flyvout of rome and spend a day or 2 in a quite, safe, and well-maintained place near the water. Staying at this guest house was one of the highlights of our trip.

Check in is pretty easy, just make sure you follow the host's instructions. We stayed in the Stone Room, which was beautiful, very soft bed and towels! You share a kitchenette with the Wood Room. I'm not a fan of the "half-enclosed" shower, however. It just makes for a wet floor and a cold shower.

This property was in a quiet area near a street with a lot of cafes and restaurants. It was also within walking distance of the beach. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast and bottled water were provided. If I come to the Rome area again, I will stay at this property.
