No problem in spite of late check-in at mid-night due to a flight delay. In contrast, the instruction by e-mail about entering the building was a bit less informative (with photos would be better). Anyhow, I was satisfied of my stay there.

Property does not exist, no sign, no entrance, no staff, could not enter building no staff on duty. We want a full refund, and travel insurance kicks in. We will be back in USA on June 21, 2023. We will call and file for a refund.

I stayed with my wife for 4 nights and this was our experience: Pros: Location is unbeatable. Termini and metro are 5 min away walking. So many options for cafes and restaurants nearby. The manager, Fabio, is super accesible and easy going. The room is private and had everything we needed (A/C, hot water and a small fridge). Lastly, the price was really good considering the location. Cons: The building is old so don’t expect a modern/new design. (We actually liked this vibe but some people may not) and the bed had two personal mattresses instead of one single queen mattress. Don’t get me wrong, it was comfortable; but you could feel the gap in the middle. I am staying here next time I visit Rome.

Property located in a very filthy area, no sign on the property, which made it hard for us to find it, trash at the entrance and faulty smell, it’s a house with multiple rooms, each room comes with its own bathroom however, the room was assigned to us Had a very bad and strong odor coming from the bathroom that struck my throat and lungs, I was given a different room. The power went off in the middle of the night. We checked out at 9 AM and the power still off.

Travelled as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, we stayed at the quadruple suite with no issues, room was ample, clean, with a good AC, the bed was comfortable; there is a common area with a small table, couch, balcony and washing machine; there are 2 good restaurants left and right of the entrance. This is a guest house on the 4th floor that you can access through a small elevator or climbing the stairs which are not steep at all, so it’s totally doable. This property is minutes away from Roma Termini and walkable to all main sightseeing landmarks. It is in the heart of an ancient city, therefore you need to understand that these buildings are old and is always challenging to modernize, so you need to curb your expectations accordingly. If you are traveling on a budget and want to be within a walkable distance, this is the place for you. The only downside is that the WiFi is extremely unstable and kept disconnecting every 5-10 minutes.

Would not come back or recommend. The room and bathroom were not clean - there was hair and dust everywhere. The bathroom sink and shower drain were blocked. We could only use the shower for a very short periods of time else the bathroom would’ve flooded. Check in process was so slow as the owner communicates through the app and isn’t very quick to respond.I appreciate that this place was cheaper than most other accommodation in Rome, but nothing excuses the uncleanliness.

Reception only present in the front desk if you inform him about you arriving time. He was not where from 10-11am to 7pm as it was stated in the info about hotel. He wrote me through the expedia and asked about the exact time of arriving. As it was my first trip to Rome it was difficult for me to find the hotel and he said me he will not wait for me for a long. But after communication he came to the hotel when I arrive amd inform him (within check in time). Wifi was not working at all. Other facilities (kettle, hair drying, air conditioner) were ok. Cleaness was norm not so high, the guy cleaned the room after we came to the hotel. The location is very comfortable near the Termini station, walking distance to everywhere. But there is no label with the name of Hotel, we can find it bu the name and number of street, it is within the bulding with other officices.

Fake Hotel I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this "hotel". Upon arrival, there was no signage indicating the hotel's presence; just a name written on the intercom. Despite ringing multiple times and sending messages, we received no response. We were exhausted from our journey and ended up waiting outside the door from 7:00 PM to 8:10 PM. When we finally managed to call, they claimed to have sent us a code, which was not the case. The person on the line said they needed a few moments to check, but then became unreachable. After waiting for an hour and a half, we were forced to find another hotel. The next morning, we returned to the same situation. It's clear to me now that this "hotel" might be a scam. There doesn't seem to be an actual hotel at the provided address. This entire experience left us frustrated and inconvenienced. I strongly advise against booking with them.

Weekend in Rom

Bra läge centralt vid tågstationen med få rum totalt. Helt ok rum och fräscht. Ingen synlig entré och kontakt m personal via mejl. När man förstått hur det funkade gick det bra. Bra pris relativt andra hotell i Rom. Kan tänka oss att bo där igen.

Ho prenotato per conto di amici. All'arrivo non hanno potuto lasciare i bagagli e la camera all'orario previsto per il check in non era pronta. Il gestore ha assegnato altre due camere, ma con altri disagia. cestini dei rifiuti pieni, wc senza acqua per un giorno. Il gestore si è scusato dicendo che non avrebbe fatto pagare il soggiorno, ma poi ha detto che intendeva la tassa di soggiorno. Sembra che non abbia nemmeno registrato gli ospiti. E' la prima volta che mi capita una simile disavventura su hotels.com e ho fatto una pessima figura con i miei amici, che non hanno intenzione di pagare la camera.
