The room was great, in a convenient location, walkable to the Colosseum and most of the historical locations. Great food nearby. My only complaint was the host isn’t there full time and we had to wait a couple hours to check in and get our bags put away.

The inn keeper was very helpful and did an excellent job. It was nice to be able to come back to a spotless room every day after exploring the city. As an added bonus the inn keeper knew English so that was very helpful. The location is within a three minute walk to the colosseum, the forum, and train stop. It is right next to street pizza and markets as well as scooter rentals and nice restaurants. We would stay at Nicolas Inn again.

This room was really nice and quiet. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Very close to the Colosseum and walking distance from Roma Termini. Friendly staff. The only thing I would suggest is to fix the sink in the bathroom.

Very nice small boutique hotel Friendly staff very accommodating! My only complaint and not a major one is that it has a very, very small elevator which will be out of service. The entire time that I am here! My room is on the 4th floor and I use a Walker.It may be difficult for me to leave. The staff said they will assist me when I need it! Beautiful little bar restaurant in the basement , where the breakfast is served. Basic breast fest! I would gladly come back to this hotel again
