I booked 3 night in the Movie Home B & B place with the address Via Nomentana Nueva 79, Rome 00141. I called the place around the 8:00am to confirmed that I will be arriving at 18:00 as the instructions says. They never mention right there that I will be going to a different location with different address and with a room that with a shared bathroom with other guests. This new location is called CINEROMA and is located at Via Nomentana 316 00141 Rome, Italy. Andrea … the “owner” sent a guy to let’s us know that she made a mistake and we can have a different room the next day, but that night we have to stay in this room. I said absolutely not, and we left the property. This girl little ruined out stay in Rome.

Sono stato dirottato su un'altra struttura. Avevo nella prenotazione in clusa la colazione, ma nella nuova struttura non era prevista. Non credo che proprietario abbia avviato hotels.com, ma avrebbe potuto avvisarmi di persone anziché farmi chiamare. Dove mi hanno dirottato, b&b rome to you, non vi era set di cortesia, meno male che avevo con me del sapone e non ho trovato il telecomando del condizionatore. Si poteva gestire meglio.

The bathroom in the room I had reserved needed repair so they had me move to another hotel close by run by the same group, and I did need to change rooms again halfway through my stay, but the staff was helpful. The extra taxes and fees did need to be paid in cash though. Besides those small issues though, the hotel was good, and the breakfast was good as well.

Bella la romantic room!

Arrivo in struttura e per puro caso Mi viene assegnata la romantic room visto che l’altra non era stata sistemata Che dire.. doppia esposizione altissima sul parco dell’aniene, stanza caldissima e comoda grazie al particolare bagno “open space” proprio dentro la stanza. Arredamento carino e atmosfera accogliente! Non sono riuscito ad incontrare il titolare che è comunque ottimamente riuscito a gestire il tutto a distanza e senza disagi nonostante i lavori in corso nell’Appartamento. Unica pecca un po’ caotico e rumoroso l’Affaccio su via Nomentana ma allo stesso tempo posizione ottimale per muoversi con i messicani pubblici! Un po’ meno se avete la macchina vista la totale assenza di parcheggi... Da ritornare!

C'est l'aventure

Êtes-vous sûr qu'il s'agit bien d'un B&B...? On en avait pas l'impression. Il n'y a pas l'enseigne, juste un petit carton au-dessus de la sonnette. Nous n'étions pas attendu. La première nuit la chambre de secours négociée ne correspondait pas à notre réservation (sans toilette ni douche). Le service n'est pas "pro", "l’hôtel" est occupé par la famille. C'est bruyant de l'extérieur comme de l'intérieur (aspirateur + télé à fond pour accompagner la femme de ménage). Le petit déjeuner était maigre. C'était "intéressant" en quelque sorte, mais pas à conseiller.

Buona soluzione fuori dal centro, collegato con autobus, fermata sottocasa; la strada (nomentana) è molto trafficata ma i doppi vetri nelle camere attutiscono i rumori. Il bagno, privato, per quanto mi riguarda era collocato fuori dalla stanza; stanza arredata a tema film, carina e pulita, con balcone. La colazione è self service , senza limiti di orari, piuttosto varia, ma senza prodotti salati, tutto ovviamente confezionato dal pane alle merendine; non mancavano succhi di frutta e yogurt. Del tutto privo di reception

Ho fatto fatica a trovare il posto perché non c'è nessuna insegna, ma a parte questo la camera era grande e comoda, il bagno privato e la colazione sempre disponibile.

Me and my mum came to visit Rome on the last week of September and stayed in Movie Home B&B. The first problem was that it was quite hard to find it - there is no sign of this B&B from outside - you have to rely on spotting a tiny sticker next to the ring bell at the door with other 10 flats. We have arrived at 10pm and there was nobody to let us in - luckily another tourist was there so she has kindly let us inside and told us to text the owner on whatsapp for the keys :D There were no towels and when I have enquired the owner (on whatsapp) to ask where I could find them I got a response that they have ran out of them! Although the room was clean, the beddings were dirty so I have asked to change them next day and the owner was quite responsive and have changed the beddings and gave us some towels. Breakfast was OK, not extraordinary but enough to start the day. Location was good - 15min walk from the metro station. From there, it is about 20min ride to the city centre. Overall, I think it is a good place to stay, fairly clean and friendly but the owners could be a bit more attentive to details to improve.

Ubegrundet ville de, at jeg skulle betale 42 euro til ekstra afgifter. Jeg var informeret om opkrævning af afgifter på ca. 12 euro ved bestilling af værelset, men ikke 42 euro. Det endte på 14 euro til betaling for ekstra afgift. Jeg fik aldrig en kvittering for betalingen, da jeg har bedt om det.

Bello ed ottimamente collegato

Poche volte ho visto un BeB così curato, non solo nel design ma anche nel confort. Ogni camera personalizzata secondo un genere cinema per rimanere in tema con il nome; nel mio caso la camera aveva un bagno interno e garantiva il massimo dell'indipendenza. Pulito, ordinato, spazioso, considerato che si trova in una zona piuttosto trafficata e popolata - ottimamente collegato, a proposito - è stata veramente una sorpresa. Sono venuto a Roma per motivi di lavoro e con tempi stretti, diciamo che la mancanza delle 5 stelle piene è legata al fatto che con il BeB è sempre un po' difficile incastrare i contatti tra le parti, mancando una vera e propria reception.
