Air conditioning barely worked, it was pretty warm on max, Small space, no lock on bath, one less bed than advertises and had to set up later and elevator broke second day so had to carry suitcases down 3 flights of stairs. Area was good. Staff was pleasant and helpful with suitcases to store in advance.

The AC was not cooling enough the room, and the elevator doors were too noisy wake me out every time someone used the elevator

I demand full refund of our stay at mosaic guest house . We booked this place fir 3 night , a terrible 3 nights, turned on the AC as soon as we got in and left the room for a bite. the room was extremely hot being somewhat on top floor . It took about 2 hours for the AC to kick in. Came back at night it was a terrible smell in the room my 2 boys (9-10) started coughing me and my wife started coughing also with a terrible headache until i realize the gas smell from the AC , i opened up the windows turned off the AC sat outside in the upper lobby . First thing in the morning we went down and told the front desk about the situation they said they called someone and the had no room to move us to. What u know nobody came in to fix it we spent the 2 nights without AC extremely hot and humid in rome. The third night they brought us a portable AC that is extremely loud and it needs the windows open to blow the hot air .

Estuvimos en una habitación cuádruple. El tv andaba mal, en momentos tenia líneas y no podías ver nada. Tiene también una litera, tipo montesori, al ras del suelo, pero tenia como roto el elástico y se hundía en el medio. Las almohadas muy finas. El chico de recepción muy muy amable .

Vi skulle kun have en overnatning. 2 veninder på rejse, og havde bestilt et værelse med 2 separate twinbeds og eget bad og toilet. Det første sted vi kom fik vi et værelse med en seng på 1,40, og da de ikke havde flere værelser måtte vi gå over til deres søsterhotel, hvor vi fik et værelse med separate enkeltmandsssenge (80 cm). Receptionisten på det første hotel var enormt serviceminded, løsningsorienteret og meget proaktiv, han løste problemet, hvorfor vi gik videre til søsterhotellet uden at brokke os. Men da vi kom til søsterhotellet, må jeg sige at receptionisten nok skulle overveje et andet erhverv, ingen service, ingen imødekommenhed, vi følte os faktisk som om at vi kom ubelejligt. Det var samme stil om morgenen hvor vi skulle tjekke ud. Værelset løste problemet - vi havde en seng at sove i, og et bad/toilet på gangen der var tilknyttet vores værelse alene.

Nos dieron la habitación 5, estaba justo al lado de la cafetería del desayuno y la entrada. Por la mañana a primera hora se oía un montón de ruido de la gente que había madrugado (6h) y por la noche la tv estaba altísima. Las almohadas durísimas . En contrapartida estaba limpio, con calefacción y desayuno correcto.Bien localizado, cerca de termini y del tunel que conecta con Trevi. En definitiva, si cuidasen el ruido sería perfecto.

Great value for the price. The host is friendly. Convenient location and the breakfast is good. The only suggestion I have for the host is to improve their WIFI connection as I have problem accessing WIFI due to weak signal. I would definitely consider staying here again when I visit Rome again.

When you arrive, the door to the building is locked, so you have to get buzzed in. They let us in, but never told us where they were! The building houses apartments and offices also. We looke on the mailboxes, and saw something on the 5th floor, but no doors were marked. We finally went back outside and buzzed them again and finally was able to find them. They have an elevator that hilds 1 person with luggage, so we had to make multiple trips. When you get your room, you have 3 different key codes for where you need to go!

Excelente hotel.

Nos fue muy bien. El hotel es comodo, la habitación bonita, el baño muy buen con muy buena presión de agua y correcta temperatura. Muy buen desayuno, solo desearíamos haber comido alguna fruta. Grandiosa ubicación para ir caminando a los sitios de interés turístico, además la estación de metro está muy cerca, la utilizamos solo para ir al Vaticano, para los demás sitios caminamos. Nos gusto mucho el hotel y lo vamos a recomendar a nuestros amigos. Si vuelvo a Roma, repetiría. También nos reservaron el viaje al aeropuerto.

Like the service so far. Don’t like go up and down thru stairs the elevator is too small and always busy. The hotel is in a second floor and the rooms above that. Weird but safety entrance.

Property location is good near to train station. Staff is very helpful, but elevator is small and awe ful smell on the ground floor. Hotel is on the the 2nd floor. Breakfast is good.

Долго искали здание, не работал лифт. Ну очень скромная обстановка - неуютно. Комната неплохая, но очень неудобная кровать с промятым матрасом. Также были перебои с горячей водой. Зато в ступеньку при входе в ванную вмонтирована лампочка! Завтрак холодный, не понравился.

Estadia en Roma

Es un hotel que se encuentra bien ubicado, cerca de todo, el servicio es normal, su desayuno es bastante sobrio, no mucho dónde elegir, pero bueno. las habitaciones se encuentran en segundo piso y en mi caso particular nos asignaron una habitación triple, donde dos camas eran de 1 plaza y la otra sillón cama y la primera noche su colchón era demasiado delgado, afortunadamente nos cambiaron el colchón, pero creo que se debería tomar en cuenta, al reservar, que si son matrimonio e hija se debe considerar una cama de 2 plazas y una de 1 plaza, en cuanto al resto todo bien, recomendable para quienes quieran conocer roma y con ganas de caminar, tooodo cerca
