I was surprised with the name hotel that it was basically half a floor in an old office building. For the price it wasn’t bad and room was clean. The WiFi was hit or miss so if you have to do any work this might not be the place for you.

we didnt receive any information about check in or how to access the hotel - had to rely on another guest we were with to find out how to get in. bed was rock hard and impossible to sleep on. the booking info said breakfast was available for a fee, but there was no one to ask and no info on where to get it. hair dryer that was provided barely worked, and didnt stay running unless you held the button the whole time you used it. room was extremely small, but as expected in rome. no outside lighting at hotel entrance made it almost impossible to find in the evening, and did not feel safe. grocery store right next door was nice, since there were no amenities offered other than 1 bottle of water (2 guests), a coffee pot and 2 biscuits. it was nearly impossible to check in, because the 1 attendant that worked at the hotel was off the day we arrived - our fellow traveller had to call twice from the train and email to find out how to get our rooms. someone just happened to be there the third morning and was able to handle our check out for the following day.

I'm disappointed to say that this hotel did not meet my expectations. Despite its attractive appearance in the photos after refurbishment, there were several issues that need attention. The bathroom was unclean, with noticeable mould and limescale that indicated a lack of proper cleaning for an extended period. Additionally, there was a shortage of towels and bathroom amenities. The bedding provided was of poor quality, consisting of a thin sheet riddled with holes instead of a proper blanket. Furthermore, the lack of sound insulation between rooms resulted in a significant noise disturbance from neighbouring guests and adjacent water usage. Despite advertising Wi-Fi, it was only accessible near the reception desk area, leaving our room without reception. The limited availability of staff at the reception desk throughout the day made it difficult to seek assistance or support when needed. On a positive note, the hotel's location in the Prati neighbourhood was enjoyable, and the air conditioning system worked well. I hope this feedback helps the hotel address these issues and improve the overall guest experience.

Colocam no site que aceitam pets, mais reclamaram que meu cachorro estava arranhando a porta e tive que sair la do Coliseu, gastar 35 euros de taxi pra voltar, e pasme, chegando no hotel nao tinha sequer um arranhão na porta, e a porta estava ja arranhada porem no alto, sendo que meu cachorro é pequeno. Ficaram com vergonha, pediram desculpas mais não reembolsaram. O hotel que nem parece hotel pois fica num andar de um prédio, não gostam de receber as pessoas, na chegada nao tinha ngm na recepção entra com um código, acredito que o nome deveria ser B & B e não hotel. Até porque eu sou anfitrião e JAMAIS faria com meus hospedes o que esse povo fez. Colocaram um sofá cama pra nossa amiga, quarto com pouca luz, banheiro também. Uma pessoa chegou a me perguntar se iriamos embora no outro dia, pensei, meu deus acho que não nos querem aqui, então no outro dia fomos embora cedo.

Great rooms, great choice

The premises were in great condition, so were the rooms with comfortable beds, really nice and spacious bathrooms. The breakfast was perfect, however if you got sleepy and woke up late, there weren’t many things left. Pretty close to a metro station and to many sights of the city if you like walking. Clean-up service of the rooms was available every day which is good. After 14:00 usually there wasn’t anyone on the reception desk however you can contact anyone from the staff via WhatsApp which is real handy. I would definitely recommend it as an option for accommodation in Rome for around 40€/person a day (that’s what I paid). My first choice if I will visit Rome again.
