The property was terrific and in a Great location! The room was recently renovated, the staff worked with us after hours to get us checked in and were highly professional. Only note to make is because the property is managed by a 3rd party give yourself extra time to submit documents. I had trouble with this but it was my error personally.

Check In was a headache. They require more information than any other hotel I stayed at in Rome. The t.v did not work. I called the number provided multiple times, no answer and was told to send them a message via WhatsApp. They sent me a million questions requesting pictures and videos of the t.v being plugged in etc etc. After it was all said and done, I was told they could not come until the following day which was my check out date. The sink kept making this loud gurling noise for hours. They need to check the plumbing. There is no one on the on the premises that can help or give you any answers. All in all, this was a terrible experience and I would tell someone else to book elsewhere. There are 100s of beautiful hotels in Rome. Do yourself a favor and don't book here.

Quarto limpo e reformado. Lençóis e toalhas limpos e macios. Excelente localização em frente à Catedral de Roma, próximo ao Coliseu e à estação de metrô.

Las habitaciones son nuevas y se encuentran en excelentes condiciones, limpias y muy cómodas, el único detalle (que al parecer no depende de ellos) es que los accesos del edificio no están cerrados todo el día.
