The hotel was beautiful, staff were so kind and the breakfast was great!! Only thing to be mindful of is the rooms on the ground floor are very loud/can make it hard to sleep in

This hotel was great! Very European chic vibes. Staff was very helpful. Also in a great location. Our only problem was the way the lighting system worked in the room. Key was needed in the slot at all times or there was no electricity in the room. We only got one key and the slot didn’t except some type of other card to keep it on. Would recommend asking for 2 keys like most hotels always give.

Cute hotel with a good location and good cleanliness. We really enjoyed our stay at this cute, nicely decorated hotel. The room is quite small, but we didn’t mind too much, especially since everything was exceptionally clean. You have to close your suitcases to walk around the room. The bathroom was a decent size considering the size of the room and was also spotless. Nice complimentary toiletries. The location is good and very convenient for exploring the area. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful, and the customer service was excellent throughout our stay. The breakfast was okay, not a lot of options but everything we tried tasted good. The hotel is pet friendly at no extra fee. This is a plus to us since we travel with our small dog. Overall, it’s a very charming hotel with a great location, beautiful decor, excellent cleanliness, and wonderful staff. We would definitely consider staying here again. The breakfast was a highlight. The room was darker than expected, but it was comfortable and quiet and in a great neighborhood. The bathtub wouldn’t drain and they were not able to fix it.

This was a lovely clean comfortable hotel ideal for travelling into the city or just relaxing in Trastevere. The staff on reception were always helpful and friendly. Breakfast was adequate but the staff in the breakfast room were not very welcoming. There were hard boiled eggs as part of the breakfast buffet but if you wanted a fried egg on toast that was another 10 euros. Thought that a bit steep, not much difference boiling an egg to frying one. Overall a good place to stay and would stay again.

Arrived late because my flight was delayed. Although the kitchen was closing, the wonderful staff was extremely acommodating, and I was seated immediately and able to enjoy a delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
