チェックイン時間ギリギリの11:50ごろにホテルに着いたのですが、インターホンを鳴らしてもしばらく出ませんでした。また、ようやく入れたと思ったらチェックインが終了したので近くの別のホテルに移動してくれと言われました。別のホテルと連携が取れていて泊まれたのは良かったのですが、寒かったので困りました。

No es un hotel es una casa de habitaciones Al llegar al "hotel"no hay recepción, hay que llamar el día anterior y tener suerte de que te cojan el teléfono. A nosotros el mismo día no nos cogieron el telèfono. Después de hablar con la tienda de al lado hablamos con el vecino que tambiėn tiene habitaciones y nos hizo el chelín el. Solo vimos un día al de "recepción" La habitación no tiene ventanas, solo un pequeño ventanuco a tres metros.

This hotel is like a great hidden secret. You wouldn't know it exists if you were just walking down the street. It is comfortable, clean, pleasant, and has everything. The location is great (near the Centro Storico) and the staff is wonderful.

Alcune ore prima del mio arrivo sono stata contattata dalla struttura,mi hanno informata che la mia stanza non era più disponibile per un problema idraulico ad un'altra stanza e quindi la mia sarebbe stata occupata da un altro ospite. Sono stata inviata in un hotel poco lontano,alle stesse condizioni di trattamento. Arrivata nel hotel che mi avevano assegnato,mi é stata data una stanza singola e successivamente una doppia (con letto ad una piazza e mezza),quando io avevo prenotato una matrimoniale per entrambe le sere di soggiorno. Non ho idea di come sia la Locanda, ma sicuramente non torneró mai più nel hotel che mi hanno affibbiato...una struttura vecchia,poco pulita,scomoda e disorganizzata.Avevo prenotato una stanza vista cittá e con colazione in stanza alla Locanda del Fante e mi sono ritrovata in una stanza con un letto piccolo,vista cantiere,con gli scuri rotti,la doccia che perdeva acqua ovunque e con una sala per la colazione in cui non c'era posto per tutti gli ospiti(6 tavolini da due e circa 15 stanze),c'erano persone in piedi che aspettavano finisse qualcuno per potersi sedere.Un Week end da dimenticare.

camera senza finestre

La camera non aveva finestre o balconi (sul sito e sulla prenotazione risultava "stanza con affaccio sulla città". Aveva solo un piccolo finestrino chiuso vicino al soffitto. Puzza molto forte di scarichi in tutta la stanza. Bagno non molto pulito.

guardando la storia fuori dalla finestra

Roma l'eterna è sempre una sorpresa: puoi tornarci all'infinito e all'infinito riuscirà a stupirti. L'hotel è in una posizione strategica, in un area tranquilla, ben servita a due passi dal cuore della città, in una antica casa nobiliare, coniuga praticità al confort. Una chicca la colazione in camera guardando fuori dalla finestra la storia

Impreparati alla sistemazione trovata perché si pensava ad un hotel. La struttura è molto piccola e se da un lato può dare qualche svantaggio, l'altra faccia della medaglia è il sorprendente contatto umano che si ha con chi ti riceve e ti mette a proprio agio. La posizione è strategica per varie ragioni: non è inserita nel caos del centro città che però è facilmente raggiungibile con tantissime linee del servizio pubblico e una stazione taxi a 50 m. Nel complesso buono. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Décevant !

Acceuil décevant, personne a la réception pour nous acceuillir. On a du les appeler et attendre 30min devant la porte. Leur raison: c'est un B and B pas un hotel, donc pas de reception... Le petit déjeuner pas fameux, que de la nourriture bas de gamme, faut pas s'attendre a des viennoiseries ou céréales... Autrement le reste etais correcte.

Hermoso pero alejado

El hotel es realmente muy lindo, te sirven el desayuno en la habitacion, es muy limpio y el personal es muy calido. Lo unico que no queda cercano a los lugares de interes y Roma no tiene una gran conexion de metros como otras ciudades, por lo que se debe caminar bastante. No lo recomiendo para parejas de gente mayor pero si son jovenes y les gusta caminar es muy lindo y a buen precio por el lujo que tiene

Sosta relax a Rimini

Accoglienza con thè caldo e biscotti, gentilezza e cordialità del personale, colazione abbondante, soddisfacente e diversificata per tutti i gusti. Vista mare, ottimo punto nella città, con ristoranti e pizzerie a due passi..... Sicuramente da tener presente quando si è in zona, e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Passendes Ambiente zur Stadt

Das Hotel ist von außen eher Unscheinbar. Innen spiegelt sich das Bild der Stadt wieder. Rustical, hohe Decken, kein High-Tech aber Klimaanlage und Fernseher sind vorhanden. Es ist nicht wie in einem typischen Hotel sondern so als ob man in einem Zimmer einer netten Italienischen Gastfamilie untergebracht ist. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, es gibt kein Buffet, sondern man bekommt Brötchen und Croasaints mit Salami, Käse und verschiedene Sorten Konfitüre neben einem Obstsalat. Die Getränke sind am Vortag zu bestellen. Das Frühstück wird einem morgens zwischen 8 und 10 Uhr im Zimmer serviert. Die Dame des Hauses spricht hervoragend Englisch und ein wenig Deutsch und ist gerne bereit einem alles zu erklären was es in der Nähe zu sehen gibt und welche möglichkeiten zum Transport zur Verfügung stehen. Zu Fuß erreicht man die ersten Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos innerhalb von 10 Minuten. In der Unmittelbaren umgebung befinden sich sehr nette Restaurants. Alles zusammen ist das Hotel mit einem unschlagbaren Preis geeignet für Stätdereisende, einfach genial!

Not a good experience

The hotel is actually a sort of annex with staffing only between 10am to 9-10pm. If anything is needed earlier in the morning or later at night, no one is available except cleaning personnel. During my stay internet connection was down and unavailable. This really messed up my work as I was staying in Rome for a conference and with absolute need of internet connection. The staff never apologized for the inconvenience and actually always acted with passive aggressive attitude when I was asking news about fixing of the Wi-Fi line. Furthermore, the bathroom was cold and the bathroom heating not controllable from the room. They told me they were going to turn on the bathroom heating in the morning for shower time and ...they actually never did. Worst of all, they wanted to charge me 6,00 Euro as city taxes on top of what was quoted by Expedia, even though in the Expedia quote was explicitly marked "comprising 2Euro/day for local taxes!!! I refused to pay the extra charge, but I had to do it in a angry manner. Definitely not a good option. Above all if you are in Rome for business and you need reliable services. I would not suggest this place!

Un tre stelle che merita un declassamento

Tre pernottamenti a Roma con la famiglia. Fra i servizi TV con Digitale Terrestre, WIFI free in camera. Non è specificato il posto auto, così chiedo prima di prenotare: mi viene risposto dalla operatrice che c'è ampia disponibilità di posti auto esterni gratuiti e a pagamento, e un parcheggio cuistodito con possibilità di tariffa giornaliera. OK, prenoto... e si parte. Arrivo li di sabato, e vengo accolto da una signorina a cui chiedo del posto auto: i posti "alla strada" sono tutti occupati (quelli a pagamento, figurarsi i gratuiti), e il parcheggio custodito è chiuso con un cartello "per il ritiro delle auto chiamare il numero..."). Quasi un'ora e trovo parcheggio a pagamento, sistemo l'auto e finalmente entro in camera. Bagno piccolissimo e senza bidet; la TV che ha il telecomando che non funziona... chiedo alla signorina e mi dice che non ha pile di ricambio; il Digitale Terrestre non permette la visione dei canali Mediaset Premium a pagamento, e il giorno dopo c'è Milan-Juventus... Vabbè, vedremo la partita in streaming, c'è il WIFI, e invece... il PC portatile e il cellulare non ne vogliono sapere di andare su Internet. Solo il giorno dopo un signore mi risponde "Siamo in causa con Fastweb dopo un cambio operatore... però, se può saldare il conto in anticipo... dobbiamo chiudere la contabilità mensile...". Ultima cosa: lasciate sempre la camera aperta: la donna delle pulizie non ha il passpartout e una mattina siamo usciti chiudendo la camera: sono saltate le pulizie.

Osynlig personal

Hotellet ligger på promenadavstånd från de centrala delarna med ett antal restauranger och barer i närområdet. Rummen var mycket lyhörda och ganska små, men trivsamma och välstädade. Stort minus var dörren som med sina glasdörrar lätt skulle kunna knuffas upp utifrån (säkerhetsbox fanns dock). Utlovat wifi fungerade aldrig på fyra dagar och den enda engelsktalande personalen kunde inte förklara varför eller erbjuda något annat. Frukosten (önskad varm dryck + croissant) serverades på rummet på en tid som blivit överenskommen genom att lämna en lapp i en låda, blev trots tidangivelsen väckt 1,5 h för tidigt av en icke engelsktalande kvinna med frukost. Toalettdörren gick inte att stänga helt, men badrummet var i övrigt väldigt fräscht! Personalen syntes endast till en gång under vistelsen, förutom frukostkvinnan.
