Llegamos al local después de un largo viaje y cuando llegamos nos dijieron los vecinos que la dueña del hotel ha muerto hace más de un año atrás Y aún que tratamos de llamar al teléfono y mandar mensajes al anfitrión que decía en su página web y no nos contestó nadie por todas las horas del vuelo y también después Y tuvimos que buscar un nuevo hospedaje con lluvias y con una bebe Terrible que siguen promocionando este lugar Y más que eso nos dijeron los vecinos que ya les tocó ver varias personas que les pasó lo mismo Como puede ser que sigan anunciando este hotel????? Perdimos 130€ en este chiste Les pedimos aExpedia que por favor nos devuelva ese dinero Por que de verdad nos causaron una tremenda molestia y tuvimos que buscar otro hotel y pagar otra vez más dinero por esta tontería Esperamos que sean lo suficiente humanos y responsables para Agarrar la responsabilidad en devolvernos nuestro dinero perdido y dejar de anunciar este hotel como activo para que no les pase a mas gente

Pessimo,arrangiato e servizio assente

La camera non è quella in foto,e già questo basta come descrizione. Già all’arrivo non promette bene,doveva essere fra le 12 e le 15 secondo i termini del b&b ma alle 14 non trovando il nome sul citofono chiamo e mi viene detto da questa signora di cercare il suo cognome e non il nome del b&b,e di tornare dopo le 17 perché aveva altre cose più importanti da fare e la camera non era pronta (almeno ha avuto la decenz di farci lasciare i bagagli). Salito in struttura capisco una cosa per nulla chiara dall’inserzione: non si tratta di un b&b ma di una camera all’interno dell’appartamento della proprietaria. Camera per altro in mandarda,senza tv,senza riscaldamento,senza acqua calda e senza saponeria. Pulizia quasi inesistente in camera. La porta non era altro che una botola in plaxigas del tutto arrangiata (per evitare di ricevere visite a sorpresa ho dovuto sistemarci una sedia sopra durante la notte. La colazione inclusa consisteva in 5 euro contanti che la signora mi ha invitato a spendere in un bar a suo piacimento o al mac. Il letto matrimoniale consisteva in due letti singoli avvicinati l’un altro ma preparati singolarmente (di conseguenza abbiamo dovuto dormire vicini,ma separati nei due letti) Ho viaggiato molto in roma e visitato una moltitudine di strutture,pensavo di aver visto il peggio,invece no,è questo il peggio (per ora). Esperienza del tutto da sconsigliare,e soprattutto diffidate della camera,che non si rivela quella che avete visto nelle foto.
