Room to stay for 2 nights near the Vatican

The value for money is good - it is very reasonable for a short stay. It is on the top floor of an apartment block and breakfast is served in your room. There is only the room with a shower room - no other areas to use. It was noisy in the night with dustbins and other noises - despite being up on the top floor. It was basic but clean.

Wir waren Ende März für 4 Nächte in Rom. Der Checkin ging sehr schnell und das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Frühstück gab es auf dem Zimmer. Die Uhrzeit konnte man am Abend vorher selbst bestimmen. Das Frühstück war einfach aber reichlich. Antonio war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bis auf die Lage, die etwas abseits war, war alles toll. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel, grosse déception donc a l'arrivée. Chambre confortable sans plus, et très bruyante (tout s'entend très fort, dehors et autres chambres) accueil un peu compliqué (barrière de langue), point positif: proximité avec le métro.

máxima insatisfacción

Pésima calidad en el servicio de atención al cliente así como los servicios prestados por regente del establecimiento. Desayuno proporcionando alimentos no del día y sin libertad de horario pues carece de despendencias para desayunar dispensandolo personalmente todos los días en la habitación. Cocina sucia e insalubre. Trato al cliente con total ausencia de amabilidad y por personal que no cuida ni por su higiene personal con lo que ello conlleva en un servicio público y lo que esto deriva en otros servicios prestados. Habitación sin intimidad ubicada justo a 1 metro del despacho del regente del establecimiento y 2 metros de la puerta de acceso a la vivienda. Al contestar al correo electrónico recibido para valorar el recibimiento del hotel y estancia nos supuso un gran problema pues el regente adoptó una actitud hostil, faltándonos el respeto y recriminándonos tal hecho, exigiéndonos desde ese mismo momento hasta que abandonamos la habitación la tasa de capitalidad con malos modos, hecho que subyace la falta de profesionalidad por parte del regente del referido establecimiento que no acepta críticas de clientes y las emplee para mejorar a través de ellas. De ahí el interés en poner en su conocimiento la gran disconformidad en la estancia durante nuestra estancia en Roma, para que a través de nuestra opinión otras personas les sirva a la hora de elegir establecimiento para hospedarse. NUNCA LO RECOMENDARÍA, pues son muchas las ilusiones que rompen.

Радушный прием недалеко от Ватикана

Отелем владеет семья, хозяйка в прошлом русская :) Поэтому обо всем можно договориться. Но это скорее гостевой дом, нежели отель. Номеров немного (мы ни разу не видели других жильцов), обстановка почти домашняя. Номер хороший, TV на русском, санузел хороший. Хозяева ненавязчивые и всегда рады помочь. На кухню доступа нет, но мы выпросили небольшой чайник. Завтрак это кофе/чай, круассан и пара кусков хлеба,- на него особо не рассчитывайте. Приносят в удобное вам время прямо в комнату. Сам район очень унылый (типа Купчино), но близко к Ватикану - это огромный плюс, до станции метро 3 мин. - тоже плюс, рядом 2 небольших и 1 большой супермаркет. Но это окраина, в Риме лучше жить где-то между Ватиканом и основными "развалинами", но там и цены совершенно другие. По соотношению цена/качество просто супер, но в самом районе делать нечего. В целом остались довольны, хозяевам спасибо!

바티칸 근처에서 숙소를 머물 예정이시면 적극 추천합니다. 주인장님이 정말 친절하고 항상 미소를 잃지 않으며 이것저것 챙겨줍니다. 조식도 굉장히 깔끔하게 주시고 시간까지 정확하게 맞춰줍니다. 다음에도 이탈리아 여행을 오게되면 이곳에 꼭 머물 것입니다. 적극 추천합니다!

Roma e Vaticano

Questo hotel è stato ricavato da un appartamento in un condominio. Ben inteso che i comfort di avere una intera struttura di hotel non si hanno. Se si vuole fare un viaggio in cui l'importanza della camera è relativa questo è un ottimo hotel. è vicino alla metropolitata quindi puoi girare bene Roma. è vicino al vaticano quindi se si vogliono vedere i musei vaticani e tutto il vaticano è ottimo. e' vicino ad un ristorante "il falcone" in cui si mangia bene e si spende il giusto. I punti deboli sono: bagno piccolo con bidè sostituito da doccia a spruzzo e colazione sufficiente ma limitata a poche cose.

Great bed and breakfast place close to the Vatican

This is an intimate bed and breakfast with a very friendly host close to the Vatican Museum (about 10 minutes by foot). The room was clean and spacious, had a balcony and air conditioning. The breakfast consisted of a croissant, fresh Italian coffee, orange juice, yogurt, bread, and honey/marmalade/chocolate spread, which made for a good start into the day.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле второй раз. Очень удобное месторасположение (я пешком гуляю мимо Ватикана вплоть до Колизея.) Очень приветливый персонал, чисто, тихо. Но небольшой нюанс! Для тех, кто не совсем понимает классификацию "Постель завтрак". Вечером персонала в отеле нет. Кухня закрыта и попить кофе можно только в близлежащих ресторанах. Благо их вокруг огромное количество.

Muy bueno el hotel, el servicio por igual, las personas muy atentas, es como si tuvieras todo para ti ya que las personas encargadas no están más que para dar el desayuno, cuando llegas y cuando te vas, el desayuno solo es pan, café, jugo, un poco de miel y mermelada.

Levstanze molto grandi molto belle pero con scarsa

Abbiamo portato il nostro bimnjo di 2 mesi e mezzo per l'udienza del Santo Papa ed ed e stato baciato e benedetto dal Papa!! Un'esperienza indimenticabile

le propriétaire est vraiment antipathique.

il s'agit d'un appartement qui a été aménagé en chambres. L'isolation phonique est vraiment très mauvaise. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre voisine. Un soir, des nouveaux voisins sont arrivés et ont pris une douche à 23 h.

Location is the key

It is a very quaint B&B that is in a fantastic location. Breakfast is served in your room between the hours of 8 and 10. Typical Italian breakfast with breads, butter, jam, juice, yogurt and coffee. Extremely clean and well maintained with A/C in the rooms and the required amenities. The location is fantastic, 5 minute walk to the Metro Cipro station, walking distance to Vatican City. Many restaurants and cafes are nerby. Definitely I recommend that you make Rosso Vivo, Restaurant - Wine Bar at Via Cipro, 61 a must go to. It's open in the evening only but well worth it. They stay open very late as well
