Ho pagato due volte?

Nessun problema al check in, ma la mattina dopo mi dicono che la mia prenotazione non risulta. Al momento non sono in grado di esibire il documento di conferma di expedia, allora pago il dovuto con carta di credito. Tornato a casa trovo la prenotazione (regolarmente pagata) e chiamo l'hotel. Mi danno una mail cui scrivo subito chiedendo rimborso; tre giorni dopo nemmeno una risposta

Consigliao se devi anadre a Tor Vergata

Viaggio per attività di formazione presso l'università di Tor Vegata L'Hotel è veramente vicino e bypassa tutto il traffico della mattina e della sera. Se dovete andare all'università è veramente consigliato, se dovete andare al centro città non vi conviene Prezzi molto competitivi purtroppo il ristorante interno è attivo solo in alcuni periodi dell'anno, cmq a pochi passi c'è una trattoria e pizzeria

Arrivata non trovavano la mia prenotazione,avevo chiesto una quadrupla con un matrimoniale e due lettini e per rimediare alla gaffe mi hanno dato una camera più piccola con quattro lettini, però molto pulita.

Albergo in quartiere periferico di Roma

La posizione dell'albergo è scomoda poichè è lontano dal centro, ma per chi si deve recare all'Università di Tor Vergata per qualsiasi motivo va benissimo. Deludente però il personale alla reception: Dico in breve, avendo necessità di lasciare in custodia il mio bagaglio (e l'albergo ha un servizio di custodia bagagli), per andare a fare un concorso a Tor Vergata e recuperarlo poi dopo, mi viene posizionato vicino al bancone della reception alla vista di tutti con il rischio che qualcuno poteva portarlo via. Non ho contestato subito il disservizio poichè avevo altri pensieri, ma non si può lasciare un bagaglio in quella posizione avendo altresì l'impegata alla reception espresso giustificazione data la assenza del direttore dell'albergo, il bagaglio poteva comunque essere ubicato nel posto sopradetto senza problemi. Quindi, MANCA IL DIRETTORE E CERTI SERVIZI SONO OFFERTI IN QUESTO MODO?? Non sono d'accordo e nemmeno qualsivoglia ospite che soggiorna per motivi di lavoro o altro, lo sarebbe

The air con worked poorly the first night, the wireless Internet hardly worked at all and the free breakfast was hardly worth it, there was a lot of noise in the room from showers etc .

Its ok for sleeping and parking. Wifi ok. Not to enjoy hotel. Near highway and bus pickup. Train is far and down town is very far. No walking. Great huge parking space. No noise at all in the night. I didnt like that they recieved a big group and stopped giving service to minoritys like me and my friends.

Het hotel is wat gedateerd. Mijn kamer was onvoldoende gekuist; de badkamer was volgens mij gewoonweg niet gekuist. Wifi werkte in het begin van mijn verblijf, daarna niet meer. De verwarming leek ook niet te werken. Het ontbijt was basic. De locatie van het hotel is ronduit slecht: grote onveilige weg en niets in de buurt met uitzondering van de universiteit; je kan niets te voet doen. Als je in Rome centrum wil zijn kost een taxi snel 40 euro; anders moet je een bus en een metro nemen (wat 's avonds toch niet zo evident is).

L'hotel si trova in area Tor Vergata, vicino all'autostrada Roma-Napoli ed al GRA, molto comodo se si deve utilizzare l'auto per raggiungere Roma città ma anche centri minori. I sevizi sono stati all'altezza delle mie necessità (garage - wi-fi - .....). Le camere, disposte su due ali del complesso, sono semplici, complete, ordinate e pulite. Ristorante dell'hotel dal menù "ripetitivo".
