Na verdade não é hotel, é uma pensão. Mas os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e amigáveis. As condições dos quartos são simples, porém limpos e organizados. A localização é muito boa.

La camera è spaziosa e arredata in modo piacevole, il bagno funzionale (doccia spaziosa), pulito e con la finestra! L'angolo cottura molto pratico. Le finestre danno su una strada laterale molto tranquilla, si è inoltre separati dalla strada da un mini giardinetto, quindi nn si ha la sensazione di essere sulla strada,anche se si è al piano terra. Le stanze vengono pulite e bonificate (covid 19) ogni giorno, la famiglia La Porta è molto gentile e disponibile. La zona è molto ben collegata. Insomma, una struttura da consigliare.

Grazioso albergo vicino stazione Tiburtina e Metro

Albergo grazioso, pulito, tranquillo. Buoni i collegamenti perchè abbastanza vicina la fermata della Metro e la stazione Tiburtina. Gentili e disponibili le proprietarie.

Hôtel proche du métro, Personnel sympa

L'hôtel est proche de la station du métro Bologna (5 minutes), le personnel est très sympa et accueillant, ils nous ont recommandés quelques adresse de bonnes spaghetterie et gelaterie. Les chambres sont propres et équipé d'un mini bar, une micro onde, des assiettes et des couverts. Il y a un simply et d'autres commerces à côté pour faire les courses.

Sono andato in questo B&B per un viaggio di lavoro, e mi sono davvero trovato bene. Personale cortese e molto disponibile, colazione ok. La posizione dell' Hotel è comada per spostarsi in bus o metro.

Sehr saubere Zimmer , nettes Personal leider teilweise ohne Englischkenntnisse (aber Kommunikation über Zettel am Empfang funktioniert super), sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, Zentrum ist auch fußläufig in einer halben Stunde erreichbar, ruhige Lage in Seitenstraße

Gran acierto!!!

Estuve con mi pareja en semana santa y tengo que decir que fue un verdadero acierto alojarnos aquí. Está un poco alejado del centro, pero hay metro y paradas de autobús al lado incluido el autobús nocturno...por lo que no supone ningún problema. Sobre todo queremos agradecer la cordialidad y hospitalidad de los dueños, y volver a darle las gracias por el detalle que tuvieron al dejarnos en la habitación un Huevo de Pascua. Si volvemos no dudaremos en repetir en este hotel.

we romano da romani...

ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, in una citta come roma. quartiere vivace e molto ben servito per mezzi e locali, vicinissimo a stazione tiburtina. Prima colazione offerta in un bar, molto vicino e ben fornito! ottima soluzione per chi cerca una base comoda e un po meno turistica per il proprio viaggio!

On the budget in very expensive Rome.

This B&B is located in a part of Rome that is a little too far away from the average tourist attractions. It is OK if you speak Italian and know your way around with the Rome subway system. The place feels cold on the social part of it. In fact it has no personality of its own. It is more like a place were rooms are rented. The owner is a nice lady but does not help the place to feel any better. The room came with a microwave oven and a fridge. I found dirty dishes in the dish cabinet and that kind of turned me off.

L'hotel si trova a 10 min di strada a piedi sia dalla metro di piazza Bologna, che dalla stazione Tiburtina. Si trova a piano terra, quindi non ha panorama, ma e' carino e funzionale, come anche la stanza, in cui e' presente un mini angolo cottura con forno a micro onde, lavandino, posate, e frigo. Bagno anch'esso carino, ma si sente la mancanza di ganci e mensole per sistemare le proprie cose. Il box doccia richiedeva un po' di manutenzione: perdeva acqua, e tracce di muffa. Colazione al bar vicino: cappuccino e cornetto. Un grazie ai gestori molto gentili e disponibili.

ローマの滞在でプライバシー確保、冷蔵庫あり、低予算で抽出して選択しました。 ティブルティーナ駅か、メトロのボローニャ駅から徒歩10分程度でした。 しかし、ティブルティーナ駅からは人が歩ける道路の道順を探すのは初めての人には難しいと思います。一度分かればどうということもないのですが。 部屋は恐らく割と最近にリノベーションしているのか、全体的に小奇麗です。 私が滞在したのはもう秋でしたが、日本メーカーの独立型のエアコンが部屋に設備されているのは暑い時期に行く人にはポイント高いと思います。 ネットは電波、回線速度ともに問題なかったです。 流し台はありますが、熱源はありません。食卓もないので、本格的な自炊には向きません。 スタッフは英語は苦手と思いますが、やりとりはどうにかなりますし、諸々の対応はきちんとしてくれました。ただ、午後はレセプションに殆どいない感じなのでチェックインの時間の連絡のやりとりは念を押してやっておいた方が良いと思います。 朝食はすぐ近くのBARでいただく形式です。清算済みのレシートを日数分くれます。イタリア式にBARのカウンターでレシートを渡して、飲み物（エスプレッソなり、カプチーノなり）とパン（意外と種類ありました）を選べば出してくれます。 スーパーもすぐ近くにあるので便利でした。 テルミニ駅までは大学通りを突っ切って一本道で徒歩30分くらいでした。 ただ、ティブルティーナ周辺は治安は悪目らしいので夜の外出にはあまり向いていないかもです。

Un soggiorno confortevole ad un prezzo conveniente

Soggiorno per impegni di lavoro in zona, quindi posizione comoda; la stazione FS di Roma Tiburtina è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. Situato in una via secondaria, il riposo non viene disturbato da rumori esterni. La camera doppia ad uso singolo era grande con un piccolo angolo cottura, che non ho sfruttato, dotato di frigo e microonde. Ho sentito la mancanza dell'asciugacapelli e del set per la preparazione di bevande calde; chiedere questo ed altro di cui si avesse necessità ai gestori è complicato perchè non sono presenti durante la giornata ma solo al mattino per le pulizie; anche all'arrivo si trova la porta chiusa e bisogna telefonare ad un numero che si trova appiccicato alla porta perchè arrivi qualcuno per il check-in. Bisogna dire, però, che dopo la telefonata entro pochissimo tempo viene qualcuno ad accogliervi; è quello il momento per chiedere eventualmente la disponibilità di accessori o materiali non presenti in camera. Il Wi-Fi è ottimo. La colazione è molto "italiana" (solo cappuccino e cornetto) e si fa al bar vicino. Il soggiorno è stato confortevole e ad un prezzo conveniente: 120 euro per 2 notti in una doppia uso singolo.

Gentille dame très accueillante mais elle est disparue le reste de notre séjour. Pour avoir des renseignements ou de l'information, aucune personne à l'entrée. La chambre était très propre. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas toujours bien.En général nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour

Overall nice except no one at the reception

Overall happy. Nice and clean good size rooms so giving 5. Breakfast was offered at a near by Cafe. Folks at Cafe are very nice and adjusted our breakfast coupons against bakery products in the evening. Only one issue that there was no one at the reception for most of the time. I wish the hotel folks should make this clear and give details to reach them if there is a need for any reason.

Bon sejour dans cet hôtel

Hôtel a 15mn de la gare termini. Petit dej dans un café à deux pas de l’hôtel avec cappuccino et un grand choix de viennoiseries. L'hotel est assez bruyant comme souvent et les chambres assez sombres. Par contre elles sont grandes, climatisées, avec une vraie salle de bain et un petit coin cuisine bien pratique. Le ménage est fait tous les jours avec changement des serviettes

bonne adresse en famille

3 nuits à 5, 3 enfants Nous nous attendions à une chambre avec 5 lits, nous avons eu un petit appartement avec entrée indépendante, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain dont une équipée pour handicapés et 3 toilettes, 2 réfrigérateurs et un micro ondes! Vraiment spacieux, très propre et personnel sympa. Seul reproche, le petit déjeuner que l on prend dans un bar (une boisson et une viennoiserie, 2 euros) où le personnel très speed n est pas franchement sympa. Quartier sans pb, un peu bruyant au niveau des voitures, métro à 10 mn à pied direct pour le quartier du colisée
