The check-in was a breeze, the room cleaniness is a TOTAL DIFFERENT ISSUE!!! The room is ok, it was very warm, the air conditioner didn’t work, only the heater, the shower door handle was STAINED with some brown looking thing thst had been there for days apparently, there were brown spots spattered on the bathroom walls. The hotel overall was comfortable but in need of refurbishment. Modern conveniences such as card readers for room doors would be a welcome upgrade, as traditional keys feel outdated. Entertainment options were limited, with not enough channels or variety of news available. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, spacious, and well laid out, though the view from the back of the hotel was disappointing. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast, which was superb and a real standout feature. With some modernization and improvements to entertainment, this hotel could offer a much stronger experience.

I read many bad reviews before my stay and it was so unlike the reality. Very clean and staff were charming and very efficient. There might have been a few minor updates to decor of you were looking for fault. The bedding was exceptional and the show one of the best I have had in hotels .

We were only LeGriffe for one night, but found it to be clean and handy to Roma termini. There is an excellent rooftop bar restaurant with a wonderful view of Rome. The pillows in the room we stayed in were lacking. If we had stayed there longer than one night, we would’ve asked for pillows that weren’t so flat. Otherwise, the hotel is nice.

Hotel was in a great location and staff were friendly! It was just the room that was awful. Instead of a queen mattress we got two twin beds put together, you could barely walk in the room with how tiny it was, our lights didn’t work, and the shower was the smaller thing in the world. The bed felt like laying on cardboard, it was rough and caused lots of back pain for me.
