Huone oli siisti. Hotelli nimitys harhaanjohtava. Yhteinen keittiö neljän huoneen kanssa, aamulla oli vähän ruuhkaa. Myös käsihygieniasta sanomista, kuulu kun ihmiset kävivät WC mutta eivät pesseet käsiään. Koronaviirus aika. Suomalaisena olen tottunut syömään aamiaisen paremmin. Vaalea paahtoleipä jota ei voinut paahtaa koska parahdin ei toiminut, makkara ja juusto jääkaapista.

Sauberkeit prima. Lage ist perfekt. Internet ist super. Das Bett ist bequem. Das Ferienstück macht man selbst. Pro Person und Tag gibt es nur ein Kaffeepad. Es ist ziemlich hellhörig. Fernseher der Nachbarn stört. Auch von der Straße her laut. Nachts kommt die Müllabfuhr und macht Lärm. Im Fernsehen gibt es nur italienische Sender.

Not happy at all, we showed up around 9:30pm because of flight delay and the owner would not let us in. Here we are traveling to a foreign country and hours of the night and no consideration at all. Luckily our Uber driver helped us find another place nearby. Would not recommend at all, owner not friendly at all.

Bo bra men långt från centrum!

Rent och snyggt trevlig personal. Men svårt att hitta ligger i ett vanligt bostads område. Men nära till bussar som går ofta. Ligger långt från centrum. Tar ca 30 monter att gå. Annas bra lungt område känner sig trygg här. Bra frukost finns vad man behöver. Ulrika

La situation est idéale dans Rome, à 10-15 minutes du Vatican et 10 min d'une station de métro et d'un arrêt de bus, ce qui rend la ville accessible facilement et rapidement. La chambre est bien équipée et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est inclus. L'hôte nous laisse les aliments a disposition dans la cuisine, ce qui fait qu'on s'organise notre journée sans contraintes d'heure du petit déjeuner. L'hôte est vraiment accueillant et sympathique, il nous donne des conseils de visite, les bonnes adresses de restaurant et est joignable si besoin. Le seul bémol est sur l'isolation des chambres : on entend facilement les voisins et le passage de la rue, mais globalement les nuits qu'on y a passée étaient calmes.

Very pleasant stay

Fantastic stay. The only reason I rated them down on staff and hotel condition is that it is not a hotel and don't have staff on site but Daniel was very helpful and organised for a stressless check in despite having his wife in hospital giving birth to their twins. More of a house with room sublet but rooms were great and kitched stocked for breakfast. About 5 blocks 25-20 min walk from Vatican and abou 3 blocks from metro so lots of walking though it is very close to food and other facilities.

Wonderful Location

Wonderful location with Transportation and Great restaurants close by. Few blocks from Vatican. The place was very clean, comfortable bed with balcony looking to the street I will recommend this place to any one.

Nice comfy bed, towels and linen changed daily. great free wifi. Very clean and welcoming. Breakfast supplies in kitchen, which also has a fridge/freezer microwave and cooker, so it's like having your own place. My room had a balcony which was great for breakfast. Only downside is its position as quite far from the city centre, but once you get the hang of the buses it's not an issue.

Quartos confortáveis, mas o barulho incomoda

Fomos por indicação, mas demos azar porque o prédio estava em obras, bem na altura do nosso quarto e às 8 da manhã começava o barulho de pedreiro raspando a parede, andaime subindo e gente estranha do lado de fora da nossa janela. Os apartamentos são ótimos, as pessoas gentis, itens de qualidade do café da manhã, mas essa questão do barulho realmente estragou tudo. E além disso, o prédio é antigo, se o vizinho puxa a descarga, vc escuta; se toma banho, vc escuta. Não foi uma boa experiência, apesar do esforço dos proprietários, sempre atenciosos e gentis. Uma pena.

Best BnB!

Daniele the owner was very nice to accomdate our need! Walking distance from the Vatican about 10 min walk. Just be aware that there is a construction going on outside the building and this is an apartment style BnB. There are no signs of the hotel because it's traditionally a building located on 5th floor. We loved our room and the nice classic touch of all about the location. And the price! You can't beat it with a stick!

This is not a hotel. This is 4 bedroom appartment on 5th floor. Where each bedroom is made like a room. No airconditioner.. For a tourist who is in Rome for the first time, and does not know Italian - taxi is the only way in and out of that area.But to get a taxi--it's almost impossible. There are no people working there. There is only owner of this appartment. who comes there once a day. There is 1 bathroom for everybody. If YOU don't know Italian language- this is not a place you want to be.
