One of the worst travel experiences

One of my worst travel experiences. The hotel doesn't not have a front desk so you are literally on your own most times of the day. I had booked the room with breakfast, after inquiring for breakfast the owner said they had stopped the breakfast facility now. So we ended up spending on breakfast daily. The bidet in the washroom was leaking and there was a cockroach in the room. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top! Der Vatikan ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Metro und Busse fahren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Restaurants und Bars sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer ist klein, was nicht weiter stören würde. Allerdings ist es total vollgestellt und große Bilder sind vor Ecken gestellt, in denen sich Gerümpel befindet. Das Frühstück ist eine Zumutung. Wenn man eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück bucht, hat man gewisse Vorstellungen. Was gar nicht geht, sind abgepackte süße Teile, abgepackter Zwieback und abgepacktes Knäckebrot. Wenn man schon so ein spartanisches Frühstück auf dem Zimmer bekommt, sollte es wenigstens morgens eine Brötchentüte an der Türe sein, die mit FRISCHEN Brötchen befüllt ist. Die Rezeption ist nur besetzt, wenn einer anreist. Danach haben wir keinen Menschen mehr gesehen...

Realmente todo estuvo muy bien nos sentimos como en casa. Desde el recibimiento, la privacidad; la limpieza; y lo acogedor de la habitacion hacen que la estadía se vuelva realmente agradable. El trato de Veronica y Flora es excepcional. Muchas gracias por todo!!!

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und verspricht ein Erlebnis. Es ist alternativ und sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet: super Bett, Bad war sauber, Küchen- und Essbereich (Tisch mit Frühstück, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank), schöne Kästen und Kommoden, schöne Deko, bei den Steckdosen muss man aufpassen - das Hotel hat aber Adapter. Beim Auschecken war eine andere Mitarbeiterin als an den anderen Tagen da - die war sehr unfreundlich. Die Dame, die an den anderen Tagen da war (Check-in,...) war allerdings sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem für den guten Preis ein wirklich sehr schrulliges und feines Hotel, vom dem man rasch in viele Richtungen Roms kommt.

Noi abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza B&b con entrata indipendente, molto comodo. La stanza era ampia, forse un po' troppo accessoriata con cose inutili, ma bella nel complesso, la finestra si affaccia su piazza Risorgimento. Inoltre la camera aveva una porta (oltre a quella di ingresso) con uno specchio davanti che probabilmente portava in un'altra stanza, nessuno ci ha dato fastidio a parte che chi alloggia a in quella stanza fumava dentro con le finestre chiuse, perciò in camera nostra c'era sempre puzza di fumo. Il letto era comodissimo e molto grande, bagno idem (mi aspettavo solo qualche shampoo e bagnoschiuma) vi si trova solo sapone per le mani in grande quantità. Su 6 prese di corrente ne funzionavano solo 2. Da tenere in considerazione che la posizione è ottima per visitare Roma, ma chi ha bisogno di silenzio per dormire chieda la stanza interna e non quella che dà sulla piazza in quanto di sera c'è festa fino a tardi.

Bed and breakfast all'interno di un palazzo storico di Roma, in pieno centro, di fronte alle mura di cinta del Vaticano. Camere simpatiche e pulite con tantissimi oggetti di arredo e bagno privato. La colazione viene fornita direttamente in stanza, c'erano fette biscottate, marmellata e nutella, biscotti, brioches, plumcake, succhi, yogurt e latte, bottigliette di acqua, tè e caffè. Poiché siamo arrivati dopo le 16, non c'era nessuno alla reception e le chiavi le abbiamo trovate al bar al civico a fianco (come comunicato per mail). Per tutto il fine settimana non abbiamo incontrato nessuno del personale della struttura, ma la camera è stata rifatta e pulita quando noi siamo usciti. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, sia per la struttura (letto comodo, televisione e abbastanza spazio per i bambini) sia per l'ottima posizione. Di sicuro ci tornerei volentieri!

Návštěva Říma,krása ..hotel určitě neni romantickým místem ,je vhodný na přepsání ,žádnou romantiku ani krásné romantické prostředí zde nenajdete.Snidaně sice v ceně ,ale kupte si neco svého pokud jste zvykli rano snídat na pokoji ..žádný bohatý raut nikde nečekejte,pokoj je chaoticky a těžko popsatelný,zasuvky někdy šly a někdy se jim zase nechtelo :) Sluzby restaurací jsou určitě dražší nez u nás v ČR .Misto hotelu je v pohodě jste v podstatě na blízku všem památkám .Co jsme ušetřili na ubytování tak jsme utratili v Římě a restauracích .

La camera è al primo piano di un lussuoso palazzo a poche centinaia di metri dall'ingresso dei Musei Vaticani. Dalla finestra è ben visibile la Cupola della Basilica di San Pietro. Per chi ama camminare (ma anche per chi non ne fosse particolarmente portato) si possono raggiungere facilmente a piedi tutti i principali monumenti del centro storico.

Gostei do local, da recepção, faltou o café em lugar separado com uma cozinha. E a limpeza poderia ser diária. Tudo que pedimos foi atendido e bem localizado com ótimas opções de lugares para refeição. Muito próximo do vaticano.

It's not a hotel as you might expect. There are several rooms in a larger building shared by other people and businesses. We arrived early evening but had already had an email that no-one would be there at "reception" so we had to pick up the keys from the café next door. The instructions for the rooms were not totally clear so the café owner had to call a lady out to explain the instructions. Continental breakfast was very minimal. It was individually wrapped cakes and toast and crackers in a wicker basket with the sachets of tea and coffee with milk and some 200ml cartons of fruit juice, (the ones with the little straws strapped to the sides that you buy for the kids !) butter and preserves in the fridge with 2 x 500ml bottles of water in there, too, for when you arrive. Location is good for the Vatican museum and St.Peter's square.

El hotel es bonito y bien situado

Mi experiencia al principio fue mala, me pusieron en una habitacion de otro hotel de en frente de muy mala calidad, y tuve que dormir ahí una noche hasta que expedia solucionó mi problema y me cambiaron a la habitación del hotel que yo realmente había reservado, L'Artistico, y era muy bonita y muy limpia. Sin embargo, te informan de que tiene contratado el desayuno con un bar cercano, pero a mi me dieron algunos alimentos para desayunar en la habitación.

Nice place for the price, great location

We enjoyed our stay. The location was good as we wanted to tour the Vatican and it was very close to buses and fairly close to a Metro station. It was comfortable and nice for the price. The streets nearby offered nice cafes for meals. Checking in was a bit complex as we arrived after their office closed at 2 p.m., so be prepared for that.

Strong cigarette smell in the no smoking room.

There were a strong cigarette smell in the room. The bathroom and toilet has a strange smell as well and it is built with transparent doors. No privacy! Simple breakfast in a restaurant two blocks away from the hostel. Location is good.

Gem near Vatican

It was perfect for my 7 night stay. Great for the budget and the location excellent with many modes of transport to get around Rome.Loved it and will stay there again. Only problem some people may have is the walls are paper thin. I lived in NY for many years so not an issue. And when they say limited housekeeping they mean none. But if I had needed anything they would have obliged.

Herzlicher Empfang. Man erhält jegliche Unterstützung, die man als Tourist benötigt. Erstaunlich die Ruhe im Zimmer nach dem Schließen der Fenster. Badezimmer gut eingerichtet.

Très sympa

Tout s'est bien passé. Si ce n'est qu' il faudrait préciser qu'il s'agit d'un B&B, que le petit déjeuner se prend de l' autre coté de la place ( très sympa aussi ceci dit), et que pour les arrivées tardives, c'est 10€ de l' heure à partir de 22h.

accoglienza discreta che poi si e verificata con la massima delusione,siamo stati a fine soggiorno cacciati con malo modo ci anno sbattuto la porta in faccia,per averci permesso di criticare la colazione e non aver lasciato la mancia la camera non e mai stata rifatta veramente una cosa molto deludente,mai più,da non consigliare a nessuno
