GREAT LOCATION

WE LOVE IT HERE. CLEAN AND WELL CONNECTED TO EVERYTHING. BUSY STREET BUT QUITE ROOM. WAS PERFECT. COMFY BED, GOOD VIBE. VERY GOOD CROISSANTS.. WE WILL BOOK HERE AGAIN FOR SURE IF WE COMING BACK TO ROME.

This is an Airbnb, not a hotel or your typical bed and breakfast. We never met the owner. Although they were very responsive via WhatsApp so make sure you have it installed. This is the main reason I have given them three stars. In walking distance to the Vatican. However, it was on a busy shopping street and the front door was well hidden. The entrance to the building is a grey door squished between two shops. There is no place for a taxi to drop you off and you are force to drag luggage through stalls setup on the sidewalk just to get to the front door. You must have internet access prior to arriving as this is the only way to get into the building, the apartment door on the 5th floor, or the room once you arrive. Once you enter the building there is a tiny elevator with a max of 2 people to get up there. There was no deadbolt or any other kind of lock on inside of the door, simply a handle with Wi-Fi knob on the handle outside in the hall. The decor was cute. Finding a comfortable place to sit was a challenge. The bed rolls under the big lips and the bedspread is thin and barely covers the bed. We couldn’t even completely cover ourselves when sleeping. Plugs are lacking and two of the three we found weren’t working. The shower barely fits one person and has no shelf to put anything on. The breakfast offered is only a couple croissants whether you go to the bar or wait for them to be delivered around 8:30. The mini fridge was lacking as well.

Un estilo diferente que funciona

Es un hotel con cuartos singulares en su estilo muy propio , súper bien locslizado justo frente a una estación del metro , limpio y cerca de todo , el jacuzzi en la habitación funciona de maravilla la cama no es la más cómoda que he usado pero tampoco la peor , en verdad cumplió con todo lo que yo quería ( limpio bien conectado y bien localizado )

Ottima camera curata nei minimi particolari e con uno stile che ha rispecchiato le nostra immaginazione. Cornetti gustosi come colazione e accoglienza top. La posizione infine merita tanto. Si trova facilmente il parcheggio (strisce blu) e la metro sta praticamente a 50 metri.

Ideal pour un weekend en amoureux à Rome. Situé à moins d'un km du Vatican et de la Basilique St Pierre, à 20 m de la ligne A station Otaviano (idéal pour vous déposer dans le centre ville comme la place d'Espagne par exemple). Après une bonne journée de marche à découvrir la ville, le jacuzzi est un réconfort lorsqu'on rentre. Le matin, vous retrouvez vos viennoiseries à la poignée de votre porte de chambre. Nous avons passé un excellent weekend et des personnes très accueillantes.

Ottima stanza B&B a Roma con tutti i comfort!

Piacevole B&B di impronta giovane e informale, unico e molto originale in quanto ad arredi. Molto pulita, la stanza dotata di ogni comfort, tra cui bollitore e macchina per il caffè con una piccola dotazione, frigorifero con bevande e qualche snack a disposizione degli ospiti. Di qualità asciugamani e lenzuola, e dotazione del bagno. Letto e cuscini estremamente confortevoli. Check in gestito a distanza in modo semplice e chiaro. Non ho potuto usufruire della colazione in quanto disponibile più tardi del mio orario di check out. Gentilissima la disponibilità dei gestori, che si sono sincerati che tutto rispondesse alle aspettative. Posizionato al 5° piano (con ascensore) accanto alla fermata metro di Ottaviano, questo B&B resta comodissimo per girare Roma.

Experience overall was great, most of the employees spoke good English only one having difficulty, the coffee machine didn’t work but everything else worked fine and customer service was spot on. One interesting point is prepare to get photos of your passports taken on a personal mobile for use to register for the ‘tourism tax’.

Au top. Une chambre de rêve (éden) avec jacuzzi privatif,douche et toilette. La décoration zen donne une touche très sympa à celle-ci. Wifi, netflix a disposition gratuitement, ainsi que bouteille d’eau plate et gazeuse, mini bounti, mars etc... capsule café, du thé etc à disposition dans le mini bar gratuitement aussi. Un séjour de rêve et le personnel est au petit soin malgres la barrière de la langue. Je précise l’hôtel est idéalement situé, poche du Vatican et d’une bouche de métro. Encore merci à vous !
