Would’ve appreciated if they informed us that the air conditioning was not working. We needed to open the window and that was a bother because of the noisy traffic. The beddings were also questionable as they had an unpleasant odor. We checked out after the first day. Look elsewhere!

El lugar está ubicado a unas cuadras del Vaticano, era conveniente para hacer actividades cerca, de lo contrario está lejos de demás sitios turísticos. Es un buen lugar, lamentablemente mal administrado. Giuseppe tiene nula disponibilidad, perdimos un tour porque tardó en hacer el check in y no pudo esforzarse con 10 minutos antes pese haberle explicado, otorgando solo dos horarios para hacerlo porque le quedaba "a una hora". El cobro del "impuesto turístico" en efectivo pero el comprobante una hoja con firma, si requisitos para (cosa distinta a los deptos. de Firenze, Venezia y la misma Roma) con otros prestadores. Luego de ello, la mala experiencia fue que entró al departamento mientras estábamos dormidas mis hijas y yo, con el pretexto de que tocó el timbre y pensó que no había nadie, supuestamente porque quería revisar el Internet. Mi respuesta fue que estaba de vacaciones y no esperaba visitas. Lo peor, el check out, me escribió acusando de una supuesta descompostura que, desde luego, no hicimos y por lo que vi, cualquier persona podía entrar al apartamento cuando estábamos utilizándolo. Una persona grosera con pésimo sentido de la atención al cliente. Es mi quinta vez en Europa, la mayoría por cuestiones de trabajo y ahora que viajé con mis hijas fue lo peor. Cómo le comenté, he estado en varios países, soy cliente frecuente de hospedaje de plataforma y nunca había tenido tan pésima experiencia. Nunca regresaré con Giuseppe y quizá ni a I

ホテルからの案内をよく注意してご覧ください。清掃料とタオル代が一泊ごとに上乗せされます。連泊するからといって断ることはできません。受付の時間もやりとりする必要があります。 また、設備の不具合(洗面所が水浸しになる、電気が壊れていて点かないなど)は4泊5日中で改善はされませんでした。 4泊5日中清掃が入っていないが2日ありましたがその値段まで請求されました。奥さんの英語が堪能なので、うまく交渉でき、事なきを得ましたが話せなければ押し切られる感じがありました。 しかしながら、ヴァチカンに歩いて行ける距離で食事するところも沢山あり立地条件は良いので細かい部分を気にせず、清潔なところに泊まりたいというのであればオススメです。

Très déçu de l entretien du matériel (robinet ,clanche de porte cassée,odeur persistante nauséabonde dans la salle de bain sans doute soucis de siphons ) Avons dû attendre pour les clés malgré le créneau horaire donné qui était respecté . Seul point positif la situation . Je déconseille également le petit déjeuner industriel ....

I give it a 3 out of 5.

It was a nice, clean room! We stayed there 3 nights and they charge you an extra $21.50 a day. So just read the fine print. For that matter get the $100 room and get breakfast with your stay. My other family members were on the other side and they thought it was very noisy. Also be aware doesn’t have AC so it’s very stuffy. In the summer it will be boiling. WiFi is crappy. Goes in and out. The owners are nice just needs those few things fixed.

Difficulté pour trouver l'emplacement à l'intérieur de la cour car plusieurs entrées et pas de réponse des propriétaires au téléphone. Nous avons nous-même accueilli un couple et qui attendait depuis plus d'une heure derrière la porte car ils n'arrivaient pas non plus à joindre les propriétaires. Nous avons aimé la propreté de cette chambre, cependant nous avons eu froid au mois de mai. Pas du tout de chauffage et pas drôle pour prendre sa douche. En été cependant pas de soucis. Par contre très bien situé près du Vatican et beaucoup de restaurants sympas dans le quartier. Bref dans l'ensemble, moyen.

Good location

The location was really good. And it was very quiet. If you don’t need hotel atmosphere this was very clean and we never saw staff except for check In. We walked everywhere. Near metro as well

Mooie kamer, maar hard bed en kussens

Prachtig gerenoveerde kamer gelegen in een mooi pand vlakbij het Vaticaan. Echter waren de matrassen en kussens wat aan de harde kant, maar dat is onze persoonlijke mening. Onze kamer had een hard zoemend geluid bij de 2e dag wat storend was bij het slapen. Dit gemeld bij de eigenaresse, maar geen (re)actie. De 3e dag weer gemeld met de vraag of het opgelost kon worden of anders een andere kamer, maar helaas geen oplossing. Uiteindelijk zelf gezocht en tijdelijk opgelost.

Friendly owner and nice stay right by Vatican

We had a wonderful stay at Interno 5. The room was clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful to us. I do recommend to stay here. Also if you are staying here, don't forget to visit restaurant, Sistrante. This nice family owned restaurant is the best family style Italian restaurant in Rome.

Good room with at perfect location. only the beds can be better, beds are very hard. Nice bed and breakfast to explore the city of Rome. if you need a taxi driver ask the owner. He takes you to and from the airport.

It is a nice B&B in de near the city.

We had a great stay. It was a pity that the airco did not work in one of the rooms. Really annoying was that the communication between Expedia and the B & B not properly were arranged, so they did not know we had breakfaste included. We now had a very simple breakfast of 1 packed croussant and a packed packed toast with some sweet siege. Very sorry and not really what we paid for and hoped for.

The tiny lifts that Italians use in these older buildings are a bit intimidating for some.
