Avoid Inn Centre

It was not a hotel, merely three rooms( one with no internal bathroom) in an inner city slum. Our taxi driver told us to remain in the cab while he checked the address. The photo was false advertising as the wardrobe had been removed to make the room look spacious. Second bed was a stretcher. Breakfast was a 3 plastic cups of probably stale cornflakes, long life milk, teabags and packaged croissants in a makeshift wall hanging. Definitely no views just a dirty alleyway. Certainly no bathrobes. Entry foyer which was enclosed within two security front doors was full of overflowing garbage bins which had to be negotiated around to access ( via steps) small lift. Worse conditions than any accommodation I have ever encountered whilst holidaying. No staff present on site overnight and no way of contacting anyone. Only saving grace was proximity to Termini station. Do not feel it deserved any stars and would recommend you remove it from your inventory poste haste.

Opposite Train Station

Hotel is directly opposite the Train station, At night the area attracts undesirables, but we felt safe. The Hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very basic and served in the room.

최고의 위치, 깔끔한 방, 친절한 서비스

화장실 문이 접이식이라 힘들었지만(방음이나 여러가지로..커플여행이라면 이어폰 필수로 챙겨가시길 꿀팁입니다) 위치도 테르미니역 바로 앞이라서 너무 좋고 주인 아저씨도 친절하고 조식도 미리미리 캐비넷에 넣어주셔서 먹기 편했음. 방은 좀 오래됐지만 테르미니 역 근처의 모든 건물은 어차피 낡았기때문에 이정도면 준수하다고 생각함. 청소도 매일매일 깨끗이 해주시고 무엇보다 로마치고 괜찮은 방에 관광세는 저렴한 편임. 방음문제는 같이 묵는 다른 손님들에게 달린것같음. 복도소리가 엄청 잘들림. 다행히 같이 묵었던 손님들이 조용한편이라 잘 지내다가 옴. 건물밖의 소음은 거의 들리지 않았음.

Simpel, voor een weekend goed.

Hotel ligt aan drukke weg tegenover station. Kamers zeker niet geluiddicht wat wel in de omschrijving stond. Voor twee/drie dagen is het een goede centrale uitvalsbasis om Rome te bezichtigen. Eigen douche en toilet. Bed was niet echt super (leek wel een trampoline) maar wederom voor drie nachten en de prijs goed uit te houden. Ontbijt bestaat uit verpakte chocolade croissant en cornflakes dat dagelijks wordt bijgevuld. Wij maakten er geen gebruik van; je loopt de deur uit en eet elders. Voor een weekend is het een prima kamer. Juist prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

넓은 객실과 최고의 위치

위치가 최고였습니다. 테르미니역의 coin바로 맞은편에 있습니다. HONG KONG이라고 보고싶지 않아도 볼 수 밖에 없는 주황색간판 바로 오른쪽 낙서된 초록색 문입니다. 공항버스도 바로 길 건너편이고 자정가까운 시간에도 길에 사람들이 많았고 경찰도 있어 위험하다는 느낌없었습니다. 방은 컸으나 샤워부스는 작아 남자분들은 불편하실 것 같습니다. 아저씨께서 친절하셨고 조식(빵,씨리얼,쥬스랑 우유 커피 등)은 방안에 미리 넣어두셨습니다. 방안에 커피머신있고 히터도 작동 잘 되었습니다.

다시 가도 여기!

따로 대문 사진이 안나와서 초행길은 찾아가기 힘들 수도 있습니다. 저도 구글 스트릿뷰로 대문사진을 캡쳐해갔습니다. 파란대문집! 주인분이 매우 친절하십니다. 관광할만한 곳도 챙겨주시고 매번 관심가져주십니다. 그리고 위치가 테르미니역 바로 옆이라서 어디 돌아다니기 굉장히 좋습니다. 지하철역과도 5분거리고 근처 광광지 돌아다니기도 좋습니다. 숙소 들어가기위해서는 4번 문을 열어야되기때문에 안전 걱정하시는 분들이 머무시기에도 좋을거 같습니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 와이파이가 될때는 빠르고 잘되는데 안될때는 카톡도 안될정도라는거.. 그거 말고는 다 좋습니다. 다음에 로마갈 일이 생기면 또 여기 묵고 싶네요.

泊まるだけなら・・

テルミニ駅からすぐのところにあります。 ただ、建物の前に行ってもホテルの表示は一切なく、共用玄関の脇にあるインターホンでホテル名を見つけて、そのボタンを押すと中から開錠してくれる仕組みです。 ホテルは、古い建物の1フロアのみとなっていて、他のフロアは別の住人やらホテルが入居しています。 私たちは当初出入り口が見つけられず、地元の人に尋ねたのですが、みな知らないと言われ一瞬困惑しました。原因は、「インセンター」は英語読みで、イタリア語だと「チェントレ」になるから・・ ホテルとしての正式名称がどうなのか知りませんが、ホテルズドットコムさんもご留意いただけないでしょうかね？ 場所が分かっていれば、テルミニ駅の改札から2分くらいで着くことができます。 ホテル自体は、まあ、こんなものかと。 日本から飛行機で夜遅くにローマに入り、翌日はナポリに向けて早朝出発だったため、駅に近く安いホテルを選んだので文句は言えませんが、本当に寝るだけのためのホテルです。 部屋の出入り口ドアの上部（天井）が、廊下側と完全にふさがれていないのは、如何なものかと思いますが。 朝食は、部屋にパンとシリアル、エスプレッソマシン用のカートリッジ、冷蔵庫内のジュースと牛乳が置いてあり、セルフサービスでどうぞ、というスタイルでした。

"Hotel" .ruim.

Na verdade não se trata de um hotel. A propriedade conta apenas com 3 quartos, e não tem serviço de recepção. Ao chegarmos tive que ligar para o proprietário e ficamos cerca de 1 hora com as malas esperando alguém vir nos abrir a porta para entrarmos, e quando saímos não pudemos contar com o depósito de bagagens que o proprietário havia nos mostrado, pois já estava sendo usado por outra pessoa. Por causa disto não conseguimos aproveitar a manhã que tínhamos livre, pois tínhamos que deixar o quarto até as 10 horas. O café da manhã oferecido foi péssimo, com tudo industrializado e de má qualidade. A única coisa realmente boa é a localização, muito fácil para acessar todos os pontos da cidade.

Nice room at the Rome Central Train Station

Excellent location - it's right at the Roma Termini and at the bus stop connecting to the Roma airports and other places. Room was clean and not too tiny compared to others in the area. Just like staying in other small hotels/rooms in the area you have to coordinate with the staff regarding your check in time.

I stayed there for one night for a business trip. The hotel is located in a very convenient location and I was well received by the owner who speaks good English. The only shortcoming was that it was a bit difficult to find the hotel since the signboard of the hotel was not outstanding

호텔스닷컴에는 등록되어 있는 정보로는 잘 구분이 되지 않지만 개인아파트입니다. 주인이 상주하지 읺기 때문에 처음에 약속시간을 잘 잡으셔야.. 저두 1시간 기다렸네요. 그냥 주인 간섭없이 지내기 좋은 숙소구요. 식사는 빵과 시리얼등.. 기대하지마세요. 위치는 교통편하고 정말 괜찮고 주인도 친절합니다.

O hotel tem um bom custo benefício. Colado à Termini, o que agiliza a movimentação pela Itália. Muito próximo à metrô, mercado e pequenos restaurantes mais econômicos. Caso o calor permita é pssovivel caminhar tudo a pé. A internet que não é tão boa assim, mas na Itália nenhuma é perfeita.

Direkt am Termini, super für eine Städtereise

Das "Hotel" ist eine umgebaute Wohnung mit insgesamt 3 Gästezimmern. Die Lage wirklich direkt am Termini ist sehr gut, da eine ganze Menge Busse von hier abfahren, außerdem beide Metrolinien. Bis auf den Vatikan sind die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten auch zu Fuß erreichbar, wenn man Lust auf Spaziergänge hat. Die Umgebung ist so, wie man es auf großen Bahnhöfen dieser Welt gewohnt ist. Das Internet am Zimmer funktioniert einwandfrei und sehr schnell, die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Es gab Croissants und Zwieback am Zimmer, Kaffee, Fruchtsaft und Milch. Maurizio war hilfsbereit, kann mich nicht beschweren. Kann ich für diesen Preis und diese Lage getrost weiterempfehlen.
