Es handelt sich hier um eine eher um eine große Wohnung, in der 6 Zimmer jeweils mit Kartenschlüssel und Bad zur Verfügung stehen. Eine Rezeption gibt es nicht, daher ist auch nur sporadisch jemand vor Ort. Der Empfang war jedoch sehr nett, zudem mit Tips zu näheren Umgebung und Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkerhsmittel. Leider stand warmes Wasser nur tagsüber (ca. von 8-21Uhr) zur Verfügung, Frühaufsteher müssen kalt duschen. Zimmerservice umfasst hier lediglich die tägliche Ordnung und Reinigung, diese ist jedoch tadellos.

Einfaches Zimmer schön Zentral gelegen

Vom Termine mit der Buslinie 62 gut zu erreichen, einfach nur bis zum Plazza Fiume fahren. Wenn man das Haus Nr.92 gefunden hat (sehr kleines Schild am Haus) dann im Haus den rechten Aufzug zum 5 Stockwerk nehmen.

Lage und Preisleistung Super...

Unser Kopfteil bestand aus roten Kunstleder wo die Farbe abgeblättert hat... Die Elektrik und die Gebrauchsgegenstände (Toilettenbürste) benötigten eine kleine Überholung... In allem haben wir uns aber Wohlgefühlt... Die Lage und das Preisleistungsverhältnis war gut... Bei dem Preis muss man dann halt mal ein Auge zudrücken..;-)

" Meglio la prima"

Sono ritornato in questo Hotel, situato in un' ottima zona, sull'onda del mio piacevolissimo soggiorno avvenuto qualche settimana prima. Devo però constatare che questa volta ho notato una scarsa pulizia rispetto a quella che avevo notato la prima volta. Bagno non in ottime condizioni, ma in linea generale darei una valutazione positiva, perchè penso possa capitare. Solo una cosa che non capisco. Se al momento della prenotazione viene indicato un pagamento di una tassa locale di 7,00€ , perchè al check-in o check-out ne vengono chiesti 12€.

Great stay at a great location

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and the hotel staff were fantastic. Gave us a lot of helpful tips for where to go in the city and we were very pleased with our room as well :)

Great Hotel/Guesthouse

The hotel suite was very clean, with the option of breakfast. We had a fantastic stay there and it is lose to many public transport direct links to the main areas of Rome. The staff were very helpful, lots of suggestions and advice. The room was cleaned every day and had a safe and mini fridge too. Typically Italian local area which was very nice. I would stay here again if I was in Rome. A stones throw from the British Embassy too - nice to know!!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Io e il mio ragazzo vi abbiamo soggiornato durante un fine settimana di fine febbraio. Situato a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Stazione di Termini e dalla fermata degli autobus, la struttura ci ha fatto subbito un ottima impressione: ambiente moderno, luminoso e pulito. Impeccabile il personale per proffessionalità e gentilezza, abbiamo instaurto subbito con loro un rapporto familiare e confidenziale. Appena arrivati ci hanno offerto da bere e ci hanno regalato una piantina illustrandoci le attratività più belle di Roma e gli autobus con cui poterle raggiungere. Abbiamo scoperto anche una gelateria artigianale lì vicino che fa ottimi gelati. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Leeme te va a servir

Empiezo por la zona no hay demasiados bares y restaurantes la mayoria de los buses te dejan en tidas las atracciones. Esta cerca de termini y tuburtina con un colectivo estas en 10 minutos . El hotel es una casa con varias habitaciones. El personal esta de 7 de la mañana a las 20:30 aproximadamente. Te dan las llaves del lugar y cada uno de maneja como quiere . El desayuno se toma en la habitacion . Las habitaciones son amplias con mesa y sillas todo remodelado y nuevo limpio nos hacian la habitacion todos los dias. El personal muy atento todos. Tene en cuenta que no tiene impresora y que si llegas a la noche avisar por que te tienen que esperar

Günstiges Hotel in Hauptbahnhof Nähe

Das Hotel liegt zwar in Hauptbahnhof Nähe ist aber etwas weiter weg von der Altstadt. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Rom sind überfüllt von daher ziemlich anstrengend. Würd nächstes mal lieber mehr Geld ausgeben fürs Hotel und weniger lang fahren müssen. Die Straße ist viel befahren. Daher ist es ziemlich laut. Mit Ohrstöpseln gut lösbar. Die Betten sind richtig hart, fast schon unangenehm. Das Personal ist allerdings super und zuvorkommend.

Persönliches kleine Unterkunft in günstiger Lage

Wenn man es gefunden hat und es bis in den 5. Stock geschafft hat, ist man von der netten, persönlichen Atmosphäre angetan. Und wenn man keinen Wert auf "Hotelflair" legt ist man hier genau richtig. Der nette, freundliche Mitarbeiter versuchte uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Schade, dass er uns kein Taxi für unsere sehr früh am Morgen notwendige Fahrt zum Flughafen besorgen konnte. Alles in allem waren wir mit Lage und Ausstattung sehr zufrieden. Einziges Minus: Direkt neben unserem Zimmer befand sich der Frühstücksraum - leider verstand man jedes Wort der nebenan frühstückenden Gäste - bereits morgens um 7 Uhr. Also besser nicht die Zimmer-Nr. 504 buchen.

Einfache, aber angehme Unterkunft

Im Imperial Suite ist ein zweckmäßiger Aufenthalt möglich. Er ist besonders für Reisende optimal, die das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen nutzen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Makel: Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig.

Hotel mitten in der Stadt

Es war nur ein Raum zum Schlafen. Im Fehrsehen waren nur italienische Sender zu sehen. Es gab kein Frühstück. Das Hotel ist sehr schlecht zu finden. Es gibt auch kein Parkplatz sondern man muss sich selbst einen suchen. Das Zimmer hatte vom Regen Flecke an der Decke . Das Personal war ab ca 17.00 Uhr nicht mehr zu erreichen. Man Sprach nur italienisch und englisch. Die Sauberkeit liess Wünsche offen.

Economico b&b consigliato

Viaggio a Roma di 4 giorni. Molto comoda la posizione dell'hotel per chi arriverà a Roma in treno, 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Termini. Autobus nelle vicinanze (circa 400mt.) ogni 15 minuti operativi fino alle 24 (non tutte le corse ovviamente, ma quello che ci hanno consigliato bus numero 62 era operativo fino alle 24) che copre tutta la zona dei monumenti più importanti di Roma.

ho trascorso un paio di giorni; personale molto cortese e disponibile. letto confortevole e camera, nonostante frontestrada, silenziosa ( o ero troppo stanca per sentire rumore!) i mezzi di trasporto non lontani( 50min bus 10 min metro B)

Imperial suites rome

Good clean hotel with friendly staff with fairly good english. In a quiet but good neighbourhood with some restaurants nearby however difficult to find breakfast anywhere within a 10 minute walk.
