Excellent value and a great location

This is a great location and value for a budget traveler. Clean and quiet. The bedroom and bathroom are separately located, just across the hall from each other, though the bathroom is private so you can leave your shower and bath items there. The breakfast coupon for a cappuccino and croissant at the cafe on the corner was a very nice touch. We could have opted for coffee in the room but going to the cafe felt like being a local. There is a grocery store just down stairs and several good restaurants.

Отдых в Риме

Были в Риме с 10.09.2019 по 15.09.2019 года. Отель в целом понравился, в номере чисто и уютно. Уборка номера была ежедневно на высоком уровне. Туалет с душем отдельно в этом есть некоторое неудобство, но персонально для каждого номера.Завтрак скромный, мог быть и по разнообразней. Расположение не в центре, но до Всех достопримечательностей на общественном транспорте 20-25 минут. До галлереи Боргезе 15 минут пешком. Соответсвует цена качество. Владелец Фабио очень отзывчивый и всегда помогает решить все вопросы.

Très agréable séjour! Fabio est une personne très accueillante et disponible ! La literie est confortable. Le seule petit bémol c’est pour le petit déjeuné car nous n’avons pas le choix il ne serve que du Café mais je n’en bois pas, je pense qu’il serait bien de pouvoir choisir entre café thé et jus d’or par exemple. Sinon je recommande cette adresse !

Ο κύριος Fabio ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Σε ό,τι χρειαστηκαμε μας βοήθησε. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, ωστόσο δεν μου άρεσε που το κρεβάτι ήταν φθαρμενο στις γωνίες. Αρκετά καθαρό. Το πρωινό απογοητευτικό. Δεν υπήρχαν ούτε τα βασικά π.χ. βούτυρο. Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Η περιοχή γύρω είχε πολλά μαγαζιά, σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια κ.τ.λ. Με το αστικό μπορούσες να πας στο κέντρο, αλλά και με τα πόδια. Για τα χρήματα που δώσαμε ήταν μια πολύ καλή επιλογή.

Fabio is a great host, easy to communicate with, and is very helpful. The location is near public transportation, and many good sidewalk cafes are in the neighborhood where the locals eat. Отличные аппартаменты

Отличные апартаменты, все чисто, каждый день номер убирают. Единственное, чему были удивлены это отдельной ванной комнате (находится не в номере, выйти из номера и сделать 3 шага), при этом она только Ваша. Тоесть на каждый аппартмент своя ванная. Жили 2 вз и 2 детей в больших апартаментах. Не тесно. Управляющий- очень хороший и отзывчивый. Расположение не плохое, в 15 минутах хотьбы парк остановка гор транспорта в 5 минутах хотьбы, хорошая траспортная доступность- рядом ходит трамвай до Ватикана или автобус в центр к Колизею. Рядом с апартами есть магазины и кафешки.

Verdensmanden i lokalområdet

Ejeren er helt fantastisk og gav en masse gode og sjove tips om lokalområdet - ligesom han spiste morgenmad med os tit på den lokale bar. Selve stedet er hyggeligt, rent og pænt og ligger super godt i et skønt kvarter med ganske få turister, men fine buslinjer ind til centrum. Vi fandt dog hurtigt ud af, at det var mest hyggeligt at spise i lokalområdet - især på familierestauranten Emilio. Et ganske lille og ydmygt sted - men med supergod mad og en vældig snakkesagelig familie. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen! Vores vært var helt klart verdensmanden i lokalområdet, med kontakter til Gud og hver mand!

Nice, calm place to stay

From the beginning till the end, Fabio (owner, humble and very kind person) took care of everything important from pro-active IM communication after we booked the room to valuable tips where to go and how to spend time in Rome to enjoy this unique city. He was also around anytime we needed. Room was rather smaller but big enough for a pair of two who came to Rome to see a lot and sleep a few, bathroom was outside the room, it was private though. Balcony is oriented into the inner block, so don't expected breathtaking views (rather forest of antennas and roofs with floating bed sheets :D), however on the other side, there was no noise from the streets so we could left doors open whole night without being disturbed. What we found a bit disturbing was that doors did not isolated sound enough so we could hear guests coming in and out clearly from inside (in parallel our apologies to other guests ;)) Accomodation is located in calm business/residential area, which we found very relaxing (despite you would expect horns and rushing cars/scooters), with good connection to the city center (bus #60, 15min to Piazza Venezia) and Vatican (directly to Basilic with tram #19, 20min with a lot to see on the way), dozen of restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the area. Breakfest can be served to the room but we have chosen local caffeteria with freshly baken croissants (yummy) and Italian capuccino instead (no regrets :)) We were pleased with our stay, good money/value ratio. Recommended!

We read all the reviews before our stay and was not disappointed. Main attractions in Rome were just a bus ride away. The bed was firm (personally I prefer a softer mattress). Very clean and tidy The room was on the 6th floor, but there was a small lift. Fabio was very helpful.

Senza infamia e senza lode

Il posto è piuttosto semplice senza infamia e senza lode. Ho trovato scomodo avere il bagno fuori dalla camera e il dover andare al bar per fare colazione. La colazione che in alternativa ti lasciano in camera é piuttosto triste. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata soprattutto in bagno. Devo però ammettere che il titolare è gentile e disponibile.

Pleasant stay

Residential area of Rome, on a one way street which can get a little busy but not noisy. Lots of good places to eat around and fantastic ice cream just opposite. Breakfast included, but you have to use a voucher in a caffetteria.
