I Prati di Roma Suite is very convenient, with easy walking access to nearby museums and the subway. The room was clean and quiet. I messaged the host in advance to let him know we might arrive later, around 9 pm, and the host kindly waited for us and helped us enter the building smoothly. The only suggestion I have is that offering a slightly larger or more varied breakfast would make the stay even better. Overall, we would stay here again if we visit the Vatican in the future.

A hotel that feels like a home

Of the three hotels we stayed at in Italy on our trip this was by far the best of them all. This was more of an apartment than a hotel, and made it easy to try to blend in as a native. It has a kitchen with a stove, sink and mini refrigerator that was stocked with bottled water, milk and juice. There were other breakfast items there for us, as well. The hotel is close to the Vatican, easily within walking distance, if the Vatican is high on your list of places to visit this might be the perfect place to stay. This is easily my favorite place to stay in Rome and even if it means a bus ride to other areas, this is the only place I want to stay the next time I visit.

Stayed here for 2 nights… PROS: super clean and cute along with the best location to shopping, dining, and location to Vatican City. CONS: Older looking and host was not very friendly in person. He wasn’t rude but just not very friendly. Thin walls as well as we could hear other people staying there. But was super clean and worth the money.

1 Prati di Roma was in an excellent location. Close to the Vatican and a metro station. Pedestrian only street with lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The air conditioner was heavenly. The contact for the suites was Rino. He was in contact with us 2 weeks before our arrival. He was very accomodating with letting us store our luggage early in the day. We needed photos of our passports to get in the colosseum, we texted him and he immediately sent them. Arranged for a driver to take us to the airport. Can't say enough about how nice he was.

Location was excellent, everything you need is close by. Although the room was spot clean I would suggest the top sheet needs a new one as well as the kettle with thick lime deposits.The kitchen faucet had lime deposit causing the water to spray, the shower drain is clogged and the toilet bowl flushes continuesly oita wasting water.

I Prati di Roma Suites boasts a wonderful location, just a short walk from the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica, making it ideal for sightseeing. The suite itself is spacious and comfortable, featuring a bedroom, living room, and dining area. The air conditioning works well, and the free Wi-Fi made staying connected easy. Breakfast is simple but pleasant, including coffee, milk, orange juice, yogurt, cake, “biscuit toast,” jam, and tea. There were fresh towels provided mid-week. A few areas for consideration: the KRUPS coffee machine tends to spill excess liquid, so an upgrade or a Keurig would be helpful. I would also welcome a microwave for heating food and water. Additionally, while it may be intentional, having at least a pot and pan would make it easy to prepare a simple meal, such as noodles or pasta. Finally, the airport transfer made through the property was an added convenience at the start and end of our stay. I would recommend this place, and the provided suggestions would really upgrade this place and make it more traveler friendly Thank you for the wonderful stay at your place!

Ett superfint och trevligt rum som passade oss väl under vår resa till Rom. Rummet var rent och incheckning och utcheckning var utan problem! Enda kritiken skulle vara dushen, den har uruselt tryck på sig… Men överlag är vi supernöjda med rummet och rekommenderar det stark!

The owner helped arrange airport transfer and was waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was clean and quiet. The fridge was re- stocked with breakfast items and cleaned daily. Short walk to Vatican and subway station. The host allowed us to leave the luggage for a few hours after we checked out.

8/15から5泊しました。地下鉄運休で予定のチェックイン時刻から1時間も遅れてしまいましたが、オーナーが建物入り口で待っていて下さいました。本当に有難うございます！ダブルのお部屋は寝室、リビングキッチン、バスルームからなり設備も装飾も素晴らしいです。キッチンには冷蔵庫（冷凍庫付き）、電子レンジがあり、4人分のカトラリー、大きめのカップ、沢山のグラス、洗剤、スポンジ、朝食用のラスク、ジャムとチョコスプレッド、ウォーターボトル、エプロン、エコバッグが用意されています。湯沸かしポットとコーヒーメーカーも揃っています。タオルウォーマー付きバスルームにはタオル3種（ハンド、フェイス、バス）、化粧石鹸、ボディ・ヘアソープ、綿棒、シャワーキャップ、ハンドヘルドのシャワーに加え、洗濯機（洗剤も）があり、重宝しました。寝室にはクローゼットが２つあり、沢山のハンガー、予備の枕と毛布、金庫があります。Ottaviano地下鉄駅・バス停から徒歩4分、Risorgimento広場のバス停まで3分と交通至便です。サン・ピエトロ大聖堂、バチカン美術館、サンタンジェロ城に近く観光に最適です。大変快適な滞在で、次回もまた泊まりたいです。本当に有難うございました！

Excellent location, walk 3 minutes to metro station, 5 minutes to St. Peter’s square. It’s a newly renovated unit very close to the Vatican City. Kitchen has a flat surface stove for you to prepare light breakfast. A coffee machine uses capsules and owner supplies enough capsules. Owner stuffed enough food in the refrigerator for breakfast. A very good place.
