Good hotel in great location with great staff.

I stayed there for 4 nights with my son we have enjoyed all that this hotel offered. Excellent location, great staff not just reception but kitchen and cleaning staff as well. Good breakfast and comfy beds. So many restaurants nearby to enjoy local food. One thing that I have noticed that breakfast didn’t have any hot food (omelettes or scrambled egg etc).

Small and quaint

The room is very small and difficult to manage suitcases and personal items inside. For the cost we expected a bit larger room but it was clean and the staff was helpful.

It is near the Rome terminal, bus stops, metro and train terminals. There are many shops and restaurants in the area. If you like to walk, you can walk to the Colosseum and other nearby tourist attractions.

Very happy with staff

Traveled with my two kids and they were very comfortable and staff were very friendly, helpful and overall nice. Breakfast was great. Not complains from me. The only thing that we didn’t like was the wifi connection, was really poor but it’s not their fault, apart from that for the price ill recommend it 100%.

smallest room i have ever been to.....if i say sardines cane i would be generous. Staffing is so nice and friendly though and It is cheap and that can worth your money so I won't say I spent much :) close to everything and front desk is open 24hours which is awesome

The property was very nice the staff very supportive and helpful. The room was nice the beds very uncomfortable and the walls paper thin heard every thing from neighbors. The guests did not observe the quiet after 10pm signs. I would stay there again though for the staff alone and the cleanliness!

Best 3 star hotel we had been to.

Reception was top notch. Always helpful and service minded. Kitchen worker always helpful. Aircondion was good. Clean hotel. Breakfast was good, With the basic bread, egg, yougurt, milk, cereal, fruit. all kinds of coffe, The, juice, and always some kind of cake. Also some kind of new dish every morning. Was very good. We could stay there again. Tv at room. good toilet, shower.

Great location to walk Rome.

Great location to walk Rome. Used this hotel as a base to walk Rome. 30 min walk to Colosseum, 40 to Trevi fountain and other attractions just over 1 hour to Vatican. But metro line and buses nearby too. 30 min from airport taxi €31. Comfortable practical clean rooms, we used just to sleep having left at. 9am not returning till 11pm. Staff very good and housekeeping everyday. Small continental breakfast included.

The hotel was in a very convenient area of Rome but it felt a little dangerous at night with men sleeping on cardboard boxes by the train station… the staff were very nice the breakfast average but my bed was like a rock that made crinkle sounds. I think the mattress had to be 30 years old and really needed replacing ! A small but good hot shower with an air conditioner that worked made up for it.

Right from the moment I walked in, the staff was accommodating. I arrived hours earlier than I planned and was just going to drop off my bag off and explore. The Hotel staff allowed me to check in right away and provided me with delicious coffee, the way to my heart! My second day, I woke up a bit late and had just missed breakfast. They opened up the breakfast area and allowed me to make coffee and brought out what they had left over. I was so grateful! Thank you Caterina, Joan, and everyone else that was so nice to me my entire stay!
