Room was clean did have everything you need. Staff is extremely helpful easy check in. They do require a breakfast check in a day prior. Metro station is a 2 min walk. You have many amenities around.

This is a great hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. We used this hotel for a night in each end of a cruise and loved it. Breakfast was good and the coffee great. We stayed in both the renovated and the main building room and both were good. Definitely a thumbs up from me

Level of service great as expected from a higher end hotel, and the breakfast buffet was better than expected. Room clean, location very convenient (right next to train station), although that comes with a little bit of homeless population (but this was not a problem). Would not hesitate to stay here again.
