The property was pretty basic … no fridge or kettle in room . I like to drink hot tea or coffee first thing in the morning. I’ve never stayed in Italy so I don’t know if this is normal or not to supply these things . To buy coffee in italy it’s horrible I don’t think they use hot water . The room was cleaned everyday with clean sheets and towels in the shower room .

Decent stay, but room was not like photo

The staff were friendly, but the room looked nothing like the photos online. The location worked for us and it was decent enough to just stay. The toilet was facing a corner wall that stuck out, so had to sit sideways on the toilet, then the toilet would wobble and the seal came off and flooded the floor. The shower was good. It'd be nicer to know what the room looked like beforehand, and not feel like it was misrepresented. Good walking distance to colosseum.

Fine place to stay. Biggest problem was the light in the ceiling over the bed. When turned off it still worked as kind of a night lamp with no way of turning it all the way off. We asked staff about it, but I don't think he understood the problem.

Posizione buona, vicino a Termini. Primo impatto un po' scioccante ma poi abbiamo riscontrato cordialità e pulizia. Forse per il periodo, noi eravamo lì per il concerto di Gilmour, forse la scarsa reperibilità di alloggi, ma il prezzo da noi pagato l ho trovato eccessivo, il doppio di ciò che è scritto sulla porta della camera.

Buena ubicación. No dan buen desayuno.

El hotel cuenta con lo básico, es limpio, esta cerca del Coliseo. Te dicen que incluye desayuno pero en realidad solo es un pequeño pan.

Demasiado sucia la habitación. Incomodidad total!

La atención del personal fue lo único bueno del hotel. La habitación estaba muy sucia. Habían cepillos de dientes, chanclas y ropa de alguien más. Todo muy sucio, como si no lo asearan nunca. Muchos zancudos y todo en mal estado. El desayuno es un café y un pan, que tomamos solo un día.

Hotel was oké

Er is geen lift en dat is wel lastig met koffers. De buurt is dicht in de buurt van het station. Er is een heel lekker en bekend ijsjessalon om de hoek. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer zelf was basic. De kamers waren daarentegen niet erg hygiënisch vond ik. Ik vond haren in mijn bed en in de badkamer toen we juist aankwamen. Bij de incheckbalie was het ook allesbehalve netjes of professioneel: je zag etensresten, een koelkast, magnetron, etc. Niet erg professioneel dus maar goed voor de prijs die je betaalt is het hotel wel oké om er te verblijven.

Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt (nicht einmal gestaubsaugt) übergeben, es gab keine kleinen Handtücher (zum Hände abtrocknen) nur große zum abtrocknen nach dem Duschen. Heizung war permanent an und konnte nicht geregelt werden bzw. waren im 2ten Zimmer aus. Zimmer hat nach Zigarettenqualm gerochen. Decke war im 2ten Zimmer mit Papierkügelchen gespickt.

Nice location, within a couple of blocks of a metro station and 15 min. walk to the Termini (main train) terminal. Convenient 1.5 block walk to the grocery store and 2 block walk to a few cafe's. Going through exterior renovations and our room had already been renovated with new paint, lighting, restroom, interior upgrades, etc.

Établissement en rénovation donc état général correct mais nuisances sonores. Literie vétuste, linge fournie par l'hôtellerie qui ne sent pas le propre et chambre poussiéreuse. Personnel et services corrects. Bonne situation avec proximité gare ferroviaire.

Questo hotel non lo consiglierei nemmeno al mio peggior nemico, copriletto tutto macchiato, tenda della doccia tutta nera di muffa e asciugamani tutti ingialliti invece di bianchi......prticamente un incubo.....x fortuna avevo prenotato solo una notte!!!!!!!

Perfect for a city break

The hotel is in the process of refurbishing all the rooms ( so it’s looks a lot better then the photos) The room we had was almost complete, it had all the basic essentials - bathrooms has been done up nice, it was clean. The air conditioning unit was not connected yet and there was one lose wire. Overall, the location of the property was really good - we could walk to all of the main sites/attractions. The hotel staff were friendly in helping us out with anything.
