Hotelli oli kodikas, mutta edusti hyvin vahvasti retrotyyliä, missä oli toisaalta oma viehätyksensä. Iso huone oli viihtyisä ja hyvin varusteltu. Palvelukulttuuri hotellissa oli kaiken kaikkiaan hyvällä tasolla. Hotelli sijaitsi rauhallisella paikalla ja siitä pääsi helposti siirtymään kaikkialle keskustassa. Vanhantyylinen wc ja ammeella varustettu suihku toimivat ihan hyvin ja niissä oli riittävä varustelutaso. Huonepalvelua mainostettiin huoneessa, mutta sen yksityiskohdista ei ollut mitään tietoa saatavilla. Aamiaisella oli hyvä perusvalikoima laadukkaista raaka-aineista. Ravintola toimii kuitenkin vain aamiaisaikaan, mikä on selkeä puute. Huoneen siivous toimi erinomaisesti. Hajusteiden ja tupakan haju (esim. huoneen eteisessä) oli paikoitellen häiritsevä, koska se tarttui myös tavaroihin. Wifi oli hivenen epäilyttävä, koska se vaati kirjautumisen mutta ei kuitenkaan ollut itsessään suojattu. Itse ostin erikseen VPN-suojauksen varmuuden vuoksi ja suositan muillekin.

Good stay

This hotel is located near the Rome's main train station. It's very easy to get to other attractions from here. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean and everything was in working order. Wifi was OK. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again if I go back to Rome.

Zentrale Lage ansonsten zufriedenstellend

Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Zimmer erfüllen ihren Zweck. Luxus sollte man nicht erwarten.4 Sterne? Eher 3. Aber trotzdem absolut empfehlenswert! 1. Optimale Lage 2. Betten sind sehr bequem 3. Hotel bien insonorisé

Bonne insonorisation de la chambre pour une grande ville. Petit déjeuner correct. Lit confortable. L' aspect vieillot reste marginal par rapport au confort et à la bonne localisation de l'hôtel. Proche de la gare sans être trop près, et proche des visites à faire.

Super mais pas côté Avenue Torino !!!

Super séjour avec l'hôtel très bien situé (proche gare) et pour tout faire à pied. Par contre la chambre côté avenue c'est vraiment pas top pour ce reposer car double vitrage pas efficace avec du passage avec accélération car feux rouge juste en bas ! Calme de 23h à 04 h. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. Personnel impeccable avec de très bon conseil de resto. Donc je recommande cet hôtel mais penser à demander une chambre de l'autre côté de l'avenue.

Staying connected

The Commodore Hotel in Rome is well located, being only four blocks from the Termini station. I recently stayed there on two separate occasions. The rooms are clean and quiet and the staff friendly. My only problem was with their strange WiFi system, for which the staff would have to keep printing out new IDs and passwords for users; this might be partly a problem of room location within the hotel as in my first room the internet kept disconnecting but, in another room, it stayed connected.

Room mix up

Good location and, although dated, a reasonable hotel. The only problem I had - was that I had booked a double room for single use for my stay and when I arrived the receptionist handed me the key for what turned out to be a single room (without mentioning it) On my return to the reception he started explaining that the hotel was overbooked, etc (which in itself is only half a problem) but why not say this straight away instead of trying to deceive your customers??! We did find a solution in the end but I did find this incident to be disappointing!

Hotel descuidado, sucio, pero bien ubicado

la habitación es muy vieja y se siente sucia, mi amiga y yo pasamos con alergia las dos noches pues había mucho polvo en el ambiente. Las camas solo tenian un almohada. El secador de cabello parece un tubo de aspiradora, que calienta mucho y es disfuncional... El desayuno es muy pobre y no variado. Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación.

Trenger oppussing.

Hoteller ligger veldig sentralt og avstand fra jernbanestasjonen er også kort. Veldig hyggelig personal i resepsjonen. 4 stjerners er etter min mening overdrevet. Hotellet trenger oppussing, all inredning er gammel og tilsvarende slitt. Lite spennende hotel men helt greit hvis man bare skal overnatte sentralt i Roma.
