Though the staff were friendly & efficient, the breakfast was poor. The room was clean with a very comfy bed, but the air conditioner was extremely noisy.

Like a hostel

WiFi did not work in room. No hot water, went and talked to front desk about hot water and he said it was “because there was too many people staying there.” But I was up at 5 am to catch a train and there was still no hot water. There was a group of probably 20 girls staying there and they were incredibly noisy, playing music and going between each other’s rooms until they finally left to go out at 1 am.

Chambre médiocre, littéralement au sens propre du terme en dessous du niveau de la route, juste une petite fenêtre sans volets ou rideaux occultants au niveau du trottoir. Literie tachée, mais confortable. Climatisation bruyante, et on entend tout dans la chambre à côté, dans le couloir, la rue forcément, étant sous le niveau de la rue cela n'aide pas. Sanitaires et chambre mal nettoyés, des fourmis se promènent, poussières, evacuation de la douche probablement à deboucher, bac à douche à changer également. Bref, pour le prix sans le petit dejeuner et pour des personnes pas tres regardantes qui ny passent que pour dormir cela passe deja moyen. Le 3☆ est franchement à rediscuter.

Péssimo

Péssimo. Ficamos neste hotel por causa do preço e porque quando vamos em viagem passamos pouco tempo no hotel e só para dormir pensámos que fosse o suficiente. Mas não... Às condições são péssimas. O hotel está muito degradado. Fomos em família, um casal com uma criança. As camas eram 3 divãs juntos, as colchas estavam sujas. O autoclismo fazia imenso barulho porque deixava passar água, para conseguir dormir era preciso fechar a porta do WC e mesmo assim... O hotel é zero insonorizado então ouvimos tudo o que se passava na rua... As pessoas a falar, as ambulâncias, o trânsito.... Horrível... Mais o autoclismo no WC e as pessoas dos quartos do lado... Incrível. As senhoras da limpeza passaram um dia e esqueceram a janela aberta, janela de rés do chão... E a limpeza, era vir fazer a cama. Nunca houve, por exemplo um refil do gel duche. Os quartos precisam de obras e estão sujos... O pequeno almoço é fraco. Não tem escolha quase nenhuma. O único ponto bom é a simpatia e disponibilidade dos empregados. O resto é péssimo.

Malgré la gentillesse de l'accueil , de l'hôtesse , c'est un hôtel qui faut éviter , trop de bruit pour dormir correctement , fenêtre mal isolé , chambre trop petite , et pourtant à 15 min. de la gare mais l'emplacement de l'hôtel est à fuir....

Yo ya habia estado en elcenter 2 y me parecio muy malo por eso pedi reserva en center 1 ybo sorpresa me mintieron uds porq elCenter 1 esta cerrado por reformas. Precio / calidad pauperrimo, cdo reserve uds enviaron la aprobacion denla reserva con desayuno y ellos me lo negaron, ni siquiera habiabun vaso para tomar agua, hacia frio y me apagannelnaire a mitad de la noche???????

C'est un véritable cauchemar !

Nous avions réservé deux nuits au soi-disant Hotel Center 1 à Rome, mais on nous a dirigés vers le Hotel Center 2, situé plus loin dans la rue. Cet endroit était une catastrophe totale, loin des standards de propreté et de confort attendus : La chambre était infestée de moisissures et de saletés, avec des draps tachés et des cheveux dans la salle de bains. La robinetterie rouillée et entartrée, la porte de la salle de bains frottant contre le sol et des murs marqués de traces… c'était répugnant. Comble de l'absurdité, l'équipe semblait trouver tout à fait normal de bricoler en pleine nuit ! À 1h du matin, ils ont décidé de réparer l'ascenseur, provoquant un tapage infernal qui a résonné dans tout l'établissement, perturbant notre sommeil déjà difficile à récupérer. Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, le personnel de ménage semblait déterminé à déranger tout le monde dès 8 heures du matin, frappant bruyamment aux portes sans se soucier du repos des clients. Cette expérience a été un véritable sabotage de notre confort et de notre tranquillité. Nous nous attendions à un séjour agréable et sécurisé, mais nous avons préféré partir dès la première nuit pour trouver un endroit digne de ce nom. À éviter absolument !

Habitación en pésimas condiciones. Humedades en todas las paredes, agujeros en sábanas, toallas, cortinas… Muebles y suelo rotos. Desayuno no preparado para gente celíaca, y sin variedad. Limpieza deficiente

1 les infos pour le transfert entre expedia et la société de taxi pas alignées ont nous demandent d attendre terminal 3 le chauffeur attend terminal 1 2 je ne savais pas que nous avions loués un local à poubelles la fenêtre de la chambre donne sur une cour intérieure impissible d ouvrir la fenêtre car elle est bloquée par des sacs d ordures qui arrivent au niveau du plafond de la chambre 3 demande de changement de chambre la nouvelle chambre au 4 ème étages porte qui a était mal réparée pas de système de verouillage de la porte donc nous decidons de quitter l hôtel L hôtel est a l image de votre société pas fiable , pas pro ,vous ne respectés pas vos clients donc une forme d incompétence assumée chez Expédia

Hotel was being renovated and one of the workers had to call a receptionist to come and check us in; we had to wait for 40-50 minutes for an English speaking receptionist to come and check us in; we were not respected and valued; two of the receptionists were insisting we don't have breakfast included in the price, and the third receptionist that came finally told us we have breakfast included. The bartender and other receptionists were chasing us to tell us we didn't have breakfast included when we did have it?!?!! Breakfast was not good enough anyways for me personally and my boyfriend had a bit of it but didn't even like it. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND TOO HIGH PRICE

처음 주소를 찾아 갔는데 문이 잠겨있었고 나중에 온 직원이 호텔센터2로 가라고 하면서 주소도 알려주지 않아 찾기 힘들었다. 찾아간 호텔 리셉션 직원은 영어를 못했고 불친절했다. 호텔 침구는 너무 지져분해 우리는 침구를 덮지 않고 옷을 몇겹이나 입고 그냥 잤고 샤워실 또한 매우 지져분했다. 분명 조식 포함이었으나 조식에 대한 어떠한 안내도 받지 못했고, 준비 또한 되지 않았다. 다른 사람들 평가가 조식 또한 불만족 이라 하여 사실 기대도 안했고 나도 묻지 않았다. 그나마 호텔 창문을 열면 바람이 잘 통해 괜찮은 기분이 들었지만 다시 가라고 하면 절대 안이용할 것 이다.

Lage ist gut, aber die Zimmer schrecklich. Die Matratzen sind so durchgelegen, dass man jede Feder schon sieht. Schlafen fast unmöglich. Die Tür zum Bad hat geklemmt. Das war unser 2. Besuch und auch letzter. Beim ersten mal hatten wir ein schönes Zimmer und relativ vernünftige Matratzen.

Everyday I had to ask them to turn air conditioning down. They control it from the front desk.i ask them and they say ok. 30 min later i call and tell them im going to literally be ill if they dont turn on the air. Not good for a hotel. It takes 3 hours to cool the room down. Cant open windows because people are walking by and no screens on windows. Open to people. Very unhappy. Location is to far away from sites. If u use metro or train 3 blocks away. Taxi is only option.

I booked a family room but when We got there we were given a double room with 4 single beds, no space between the beds. 1 bed was broken. Toilet seat was broken, water drainage was very slow (basin over flowing) Walls were very dirty with dark marks everywhere, it looked like the walls haven’t been painted for years.

Om met iets postiefs te starten: het personeel was heel vriendelijk en de locatie is goed ( dicht bij een metrostation). De kamer zelf was echter beneden alle verwachtingen, ik heb nog nooit zo’n slecht bed had en ben letterlijk opgestaan met plekken op mijn ribben van waar de veren door de matras kwamen. Mijn vriend die iets minder dan 1m90 is, kon niet volledig in het bed, dus deze was kleiner dan gemiddeld. Er was ook geen isolatie, waardoor we onze buren konden horen praten en ook van buiten alles konden horen. De badkamer is vrij klein en de douche lekte. Er gingen luiken voor de ruiten die niet open te krijgen waren, waardoor we altijd in het donker zaten. Als je airco wou, dan moest je telkens de receptie contacteren in plaats van het zelf te kunnen aanpassen. Het ontbijt was zeer basic en eetbaar, maar niet om over naar huis te schrijven. De gratis WiFi was niet bruikbaar vanuit onze kamer dus dat was ook wat jammer. Overal niet de beste ervaring en we zouden er zeker niet terug gaan.
