The hotel was a little hard to find coming directly from the airport but once we found it, overnight street parking was convenient and safe. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. The patio area out back was perfect to decompress after walking all day. Breakfast was nice and everything we had was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were a bit concerned with the negative reviews before we went. The rooms are basic but clean and cleaned every day. Breakfast is what you would expect in any hotel in Italy. The staff were helpful and accommodating to requests for additional tea and coffee in the garden area. There is graffiti on the walls in the street but you see that all over Rome. The hotel was close to a supermarket and dining options and a couple of blocks from the metro.

Man får, hvad man betaler for. Det er ikke det dyreste hotel i Rom, og standarden er derefter. Beliggenheden ikke i top, men som forventet med beliggenhed i nærheden af togstationen. Billederne lever ikke helt op til virkeligheden. Jævn morgenmad. Men god service og dejlig terrasse.

Old hotel

Hotel Best is on an extremely busy and noisy street. It is old, dark and uncomfortable. The only plus is the pretty patio near the breakfast area. Breakfast is not particularly good or pleasant. Don’t go there.

Great rooms and outside area for breakfast. A little far from the city center, maybe 20 min walk to the Colosseum. The service was also great, but a tad confusing. One man claimed the hotel didn’t offer transportation to/ from the airport and hotel, but another man was able to book my party a shuttle from the hotel to the airport for only €15 per person. Nonetheless, they do accommodate, the employees just need to communicate a bit more

Hôtel décevant en équipements et services

Personnel agréable et très accueillant mais services et équipements moyens. Cet hôtel n'est pas digne d'un 4*. Pas de vrai salon dans l'hôtel (juste un petit endroit au dessus de l'accueil sans télé). La télévision de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien, la chambre était petite pour 3 et la salle de bain était dans un état plus que moyen (bois en très mauvais état autour de l'évier, un des 2 boutons de la chasse d'eau était hors service, tartre autour de la douche...). De plus, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et impossible de régler la clim! Bref, décevant. Avantage : proche de la gare de Termini et du métro Manzoni, ce qui permet de visiter facilement!

ADEQUATE FOR SHORT STAY

Nice hotel The room was okay for a short stay due to its smallness. The breakfast was again okay though again the room was small but it was never overcrowded. We were able to get hot drinks up until 2000 hrs. from a machine in the breakfast room. The travel was by Tram 5 or 14 from The Rome Termini takes only 4 minutes. The connection for travel around Rome was a 5 minutes walk to the Metro at Manzoni. The Metro gets very crowded .

Highly recommended!!

The hotel is VERY CLEAN, close to metro station and tourist attractions. Excellent service. Staff are very helpful, especially ARUSH. Free breakfast and strong WiFi connection.
