Отличный отель в центре Рима

Маленький уютный отель. Состояние хорошее, расположение удобное - минут 10 до вокзала термини, 15 до фонтана треви. До всех достопримечательностей Рима ходили пешком, даже не пришлось знакомиться с местным общественным транспортом :) Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Полотенца ежедневно меняют, в номере всегда чисто, обновляют шампуни и мыло по мере необходимости. Для курильщиков есть уютный внутренний дворик. В номере есть довольно вместительный сейф, удобно хранить там деньги и документы. Завтраки очень простые - хлеб, колбаса, сыр, хлопья с молоком и булочки на десерт. Но этого вполне достаточно.

I had a small single room that did have its own bathroom which was actually outstanding! The location is right on via nacionale and any attraction in Rome is within 10 to 20 minutes on the bus or Subway excellent! Every morning you have a breakfast that includes juice coffee milk yogurt cereal pastries ham mortadella cheese. And these are good Italian pastries! The night manager Elia was an extremely nice young man who's very fluent in English and has a very inquiring personality. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit if I can get a similar price!

Sehr schlechtes Preis Leistungsverhältniss.

Positiv: Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut nähe Metro und Bahnstation. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Negativ: Für 22 Zimmer sind lediglich 5 Tischchen dicht aneinandergestellt fürs Frühstück vorgesehen, sodass diese oft besetzt sind. Wir haben dann unser Frühstück als Alternative selbst über die engen Treppen in den 2. Stock auf Zimmer getragen. Altes renovierungsbedürftiges Haus mit sehr schmalen Treppen. Schmale und durchhängende Betten, Sehr kleines Bad. Aussicht auf dreckigen und ungepflegten Innenhof, in dem denn auch direkt vor dem Fenster die Dreckwäsche des Hotels deponiert war. Direkt vor unserem Fenster und Tür spielte sich dann auch morgends um 7 Uhr bereits die Vorbereitungen fürs Zimmermachen des Zimmermädchens ab. Der Preis für das Hotel , den wir bezahlt völlig ungerechtfertigt. Es gab zudem zusätzlich einen preislichen - Wiederspruch . Nach Bestätigung und Bezahlung der Reservierung kam wortwörtlich folgende Meldung . Ihre Buchung ist jetzt garantiert und vollständig bezahlt. Vollständig bezahlt heisst für uns vollständig bezahlt. Bei der Abreise durften wir dann nochmal bei der Rezeption die Citytaxe bezahlen. Wir reisen und buchen viele Hotels und gehören auch nicht zu den sensiblen und meckernden Touristen. Allerdings würden wir nochmal dort nicht buchen wollen und können auch keine Empfehlung für dieses Hotel aussprechen.

The overall stay at the hotel was terrible. The only advantage of this place is its location near the metro station and not far away from Termini. The breakfast was terrible and the coffee tastes like stale, the breakfast room was too small and people waited outside to have their breakfast each day!! The staff wasn't very friendly. Smoking is not allowed at the property, but the hotel always smelled like someone is smoking inside. The fridge wasn't working at the room and the staff kept on lying that it is working!! The bathroom wasn't clean when I first arrived (found hair on the sink), the room is very small with a terrible window looking at the back of the building.

better to underpromise and overdeliver which this property did. Staff was excellent even when they missed on certain items. They actually tried. Location was beyond excellent. Unexpected breakfast given to us when we needed to leave before breakfast hours. Breakfast was excellent and the pastry's were great. I loved the mortadella and I usually hate this stuff. Rooms were huge but needed some work, but the fridge was beyond excellent. Beds were kind of lumpy but still a great night sleep. Wifi worked great and we had a really great stay.

SOGGIORNO DA DIMENTICARE

purtroppo e' stato un soggiorno indimenticabile , camera e bagno erano molto sporchi , per coprire il brutto odore avevano messo un deodorante asfiziante , per dormire abbiamo dovuto aprire la finestra la quale si affaccia su via nazionale immaginate il casino della gente e delle auto in strada . immaginate di far colazione, se si vuol chiamare colazione........... in una stanza di 10 metri quadri con 5 tavoli dentro , poi per non parlare di tutto il resto. mi dispiace che devo rivalutare la mia idea anche su hotels .com , nonostante che in altre location nel mondo mi sono trovato sempre molto bene.
