Неплохая студия с большой лоджией.

Сразу оговорюсь, что мы снимали студию с балконом расположенную в доме напротив основного здания в котором расположен сам отель. По прибытию нас встретили, все показали, объяснили и тд. Нам был нужен 2 комплект ключей, которого не оказалось, но это было решено в течении 15 минут. Площадь студии большая, особо отмечу огромную лоджию на которой весьма приятно позавтракать или поужинать. Есть большой холодильник, плита, микроволновка, чайник, посуда, а так же специи, приправы, масло, соль, перец и тп. Так же есть зонт что в один из дней оказалось весьма кстати ) Удобное расположение до метро Manzoni 3 минуты, до колизея пешком минут 15, до супермаркета минут 5-7. Несмотря на то что окна на улицу не сказать что бы шумно. Из недостатков: за десять дней поменяли полотенца только 1 раз, хотя в приложенной памятке обещают раз в 3 дня.

Low cost equals low quality

The area is not great, the air conditioner leaked and could not be used much. A bug crawled out of the drain, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. To be fair in a hostel I don't think this is to be totally unexpected.

Noisy but good location

Our stay at the Luna Home started well, we were greeted on arrival and we're shown around, given a map etc. The room was a good size and had a private bathroom although we did find that the walls were paper thin and you can hear everything happening in the corridor and in the adjacent rooms. The lock on the door also didn't feel that secure so we took our important belongings out with us every day. We were woken up at around midnight when another guest checked in and could hear word for word everything that was being said, we also were kept awake while they bought in their luggage and used the main bathroom so wasn't great sleep quality. If anyone arrives at the hotel in the evening from a night out prepared to be disturbed. The location was good and is only a short walk from the train station and the colosseum. Was ideal for sightseeing overall but was not ideal with the noise and constant disturbances.

Just want apartment to improve on following - consider to do slope which able to pull up luggage instead of steps (before the T floor) - there are no point to provide kitchnate but not allow guest to use

God beliggenhet og god service

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold på Luna Home! Utrolig hyggelig betjening, som tok oss mot og som var der ofte i tilfelle vi hadde spørsmål. Vi fikk er fint rom med eget bad. Et stort pluss er at det var veldig sentralt, ikke langt å gå til enkelte severdigheter og også veldig nærme metrostasjonen.

Good hotel near colosseum

Great staff, clean bedroom with bed made in morning, close to metro so easy to get around. Air con was leaking though but overall good price and close to termini station (main station)

チェックイン、アウト以外はスタッフが不在のため怖かった。タオルも二日に一度の取り替えで不快だった。

Great location, extremely friendly staff

The location is excellent, just 3 minutes from the nearest metro station, 20 minutes walk from the Colloseum. The owners and staff are very helpful, extremely friendly and nice. Special thanks to Christian. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Slight improvements could be made to the rooms to make them even more comfortable, but nothing dramatic. Overall, We loved our stay at Luna and we would definitely go back. Highly recommend.
