David, owner, was very accommodating! We checked in early and left our luggage so we could meet our tour guide at 10:30 am. We walked to Trevi Fountain without a problem. Our room was clean and very comfortable; I would of liked to take the bed home with me…lol I am from the USA and was surprised by how the place looked from the outside but it it is very common in the ancient city but beautiful city of Rome! Great place to stay that is very clean, upgraded and unique! We loved it!

The best!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Check in was a breeze. Even though someone might not be there when you check in, they give you great instructions on how to get into the building and your room. The common area is nice, lots of kitchen supplies you have access to. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious enough for us. It was well designed and comfortable. Breakfast and Iya (not sure on the spelling of her name) was beyond amazing. She was so friendly and always offering to make us breakfast and asking what we wanted for breakfast the next day. You can eat there in the common area or she’ll bring it to your room. They even offered eggs! She was so sweet and made our stay special. David, at the front desk, was also wonderful. Both are always willing to help and are very friendly. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this bnb to anyone staying in Rome. Location was also great. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Restaurants and convenience stores at your doorstep.

Great location with all major attractions nearby if you don’t mind walking about 5 km each day. Centrally located between colosseum and St. Peter’s basilica, 2 major attraction. Morning breakfast served with care was a rarity and much appreciated. Be sure to tip amply to the Philippino server.

My husband and I and our three kids stayed for three nights and found the location ideal. There are good dining options very near to the hotel. The room was clean, well organized, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were friendly and the breakfast selections were good and efficiently provided.

Good hotel but a little troublesome check-in/out.

Overall, it was a very good experience. We had a very nice room and never had any complaints during our stay. They took care of everything, especially breakfast, and when I told them I was leaving early in the morning on the last day, they had breakfast ready in my room the day before. That was very helpful. Check-in, however, was a bit of a hassle. No one was available when we arrived, so we had to call to confirm. Check-out also required a phone call to confirm. I think this should be improved, as I was told that it is possible to communicate via Wechat, so it would be smoother if you have Wechat ready in advance.

Joli chambre avec vue

Super séjour ! On arrive dans une chambre avec vu sur les ruines. Le personnel est hyper gentil, on nous a même permis de laisser les valises jusqu’à notre départ. Très bien situé, beaucoup de choses peuvent être faites à pied sans problème. Je recommande très fortement History Suite.

The staff were excellent, the breakfast was great. Very well situated, close to everything we wanted or needed. Close to restaurants and all major tourist attractions, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting rome. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back there. Calm quiet and well located

Perfectly located within minutes walk from Vittorio Emanuel building and Foro Romano, as well as the Tiber Island/Trastevere. Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navone is also easily reached. The rooms was very nice and tidy. One thing: we arrived in the evening and needed an access code to enter. We had to call to get it. The code could be given beforehand. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Lovely ceiling by the way :-)

Good location but lobby under construction

When the taxi driver dropped us off we could not find the hotel we finally saw the name on a small buzzer next to a huge green metal door covered with graffiti. Upon entering the hallway was under construction with men working. We walked up the 2 flights of stairs that were covered in scaffolding to the hotel entrance. Once inside it was very nice and clean. The staff was helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect to walk to all major attractions.

Soggiorno piacevole e la location è veramente ottimale per visitare Roma. Colazione abbondante con scelta sia di salato che di dolce. La nostra camera dava su un cortile interno e vi era molta tranquillità. Materassi e guanciali comodi e nuovi. Un grazie di cuore sia al titolare, prezioso per le indicazioni date, e alla signora di origine Filippina, addetta alle pulizie e a servire la colazione, insuperabile per le sue attenzioni. Consigliato vivamente.
