交通の便もよく何処にいくにもとても便利な場所にある。部屋も広く清潔で、テラスからの眺めもとてもよい。実際には大きな問題にはならなかったのですが、ストライキの情報なども事前にメールを頂きとても助かりました。またぜひ利用したいです。

Aangenaam verblijf op tramafstand van het centrum

Het was verrassend om deze propere en rustige B&B terug te vinden op de hoogste (9e) verdieping van een appartementsgebouw, iets buiten het centrum, maar goed bereikbaar met de tram. Paolo en Daniela zorgden voor een vriendelijk onthaal en een mooi verblijf op een proper gehouden en heel aangenaam gerenoveerde locatie. Extra troef: we hadden een heel mooi uitzicht over het 'auditorium della musica' en het park errond. Hartelijk dank, Paolo en Daniela. Een aanrader!

I did enjoy our stay after we were finally able to get in! Checking in was not fun nor clear!! We got to the location and could not even get in the door of the building. We waited and waited until finally someone was exiting the building. We got in to find out it’s on the 9th floor. You can with take the endless stairs (horrible in the heat) or go up to the first floor and take the small elevator. Once there we knocked and knocked and no one answered. We left our bags and made the journey back down. Frustrating part was having no phone service or internet. We had to go out and search the streets for someone passing by that spoke english. After around 30 minutes we finally found a very helpful and friendly lady that allowed us to barrow her phone. We called the number posted on the door for reception... NO answer :( we then asked the lady to call the number to the hotel.... NO answer... starting to get frustrated.. she had to go finish her shopping and was kind enough to stop by one more time before she left. She came back and said that the hotel called and told her we need to get the keys from the pizza restaurant located right next to the hotel. We go over and they are CLOSED till 5:30!!!we waited about 30 more minutes and the restaurant opened (thank god) we went over and asked the guy for the guys. He was so kind and very helpful. After two hours of trying to get in we loved our room. Clean, lots of room. Our stay would have been much better if that was communicated withus

Everything was just perfect. Owners are very nice, rooms were clean and beautiful and location was ideal. When We go back to Roma We already know where We want to be.

It was in a quiet area but close to cafes an local bars nice an private. I was on the ninth floor at the top of the building outside noise was minimal an the view from the balcony was amazing. A little difficult to book in as the reception is on the same floor as the apartment an you have to let them know when you are arriving. But the facilities are perfect modern, clean an spacious. The price was cheap per night. Great value.

Lovely stay

Welcomed by the owners into a beautiful building and accommodation. Some lovely restaurants and bars close by. Tram stop right outside. Kitchen area with everything you need to cook ( if you want to). Supermarket close by. Bed big and comfy. Lovely. If we go to Rome again. We will definitely check it out.
