The Host is cranky , I asked him give us a bottle of water , and the he said “ you told me twice” ==;;
Money oriented person , I didn’t feel any warm hospitality while we stay for two nights . I didn’t feel comfortable at all . I can’t explain the feeling what I felt . So weird feeling .
Liked the location, especially for being near Termini. Very clean and offered plenty of breakfast options. We could hear some street noise, but still slept well. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
Easy to get in touch with the manager. Since this is not a regular hotel - not lobby or no staff on site - you will have to communicate with them prior to the arrival to make sure the "check-in" runs smoothly.
The room is acceptable for the price.
Once we found our way in to the rooms they were very good. Because it is less of a hotel and more of room to rent getting into the secure apartment building was a problem. being American we did not dial the numbers correctly to get to the owner. When we did finally get to her she was very nice and helpful.
Great convenient location, short walk to the train station. Over all very good.
I arrived with my friend and the whole “check in” process was confusing. The property manager isn’t at the apartment and it makes things a bit annoying. The room was nice and clean, however, it was not as we requested. There was a king bed when it was supposed to be two singles. I called and the situation was handled however, the king was still there and a foldout chair was placed as a single bed. It was not comfortable. The room is right near the train station and next to a lot of public transportation making it easy to move around Rome. The issue is that right outside the window is the street train that runs all throughout the night and is extremely loud. This is a nice place and the staff means well, but I would not stay here again. Not worth the money I paid.
The location of the hotel is quite central, if you plan to have side visits it will be the perfect location, since it is close to the central railway station ... the room I stayed the SUIT was a large room to the standards of Rome hotels and it neat and clean ... nicely designed ... The owners of the facility were kind and interested in their clients ... the only bad things might be the surrounding is noisy and if you are sensitive to voice the tram is passing on the street and you hear that ... overall it is a nice hotel and a value for price place certainly
