Location is central, close to Roma Termini (15 mins walk) and Colloseum (25 mins). Room was clean and ventilated. Comfy bed and hot shower. Decor needs to be updated as old fashioned and was abit hard to find entrance in the courtyard. Overall was a good stay and service was good.

The hotel is in a good location. However it is very old and outdated. Customer service provided at the check in very average. We paid city taxes and expected to get change of 3 euros which was never given back.

Staff was pretty rude and unwilling. After booking two single beds instead of a double one and checking twice, the hostess said ‘I didn’t know, they didn’t tell me, we have a problem x3’. Only after persistence she told me I would have to wait, only to find out the staff had to simple slide the beds half a meter and redo the linnen. A simple job she was not really willing to do. Also, less important: toilet paper refill and bin empty was never done. Room itself was pretty fine, although a bit worn. It was clean. Beds were good, airco was functioning.

The Grandis rooms is only a small room with two single beds on metal frame that made noise when moving in your bed. they only had a single sheet to cover yourself and no spare blanket to to get warm, I had to use the bath towels to cover myself to get warm at night. There was no breakfast included. The bathroom was not very clean, there was mold in the shower and the door of the shower was so small that I had to squeeze in to be able to take a shower and I'm not a big person. The sink was mostly plugged and was draining very slowly, could not leave the water running more that 3 seconds. There wasn't supply for bathroom paper for the 5 days that we stayed there. The only good thing about this place is the checking, they contacted me on WhatsApp to find out when I would be coming in. This place was not worth what I paid for. I will never go back there. En general todo bien. Pudimos aparcar en la calle gratis 2 días. El personal muy amable, pero te cobran 20€ en caso de que no llegues antes de las 20h.

L’emplacement de l’hébergement était très bien nous avons pu aller au cœur de Rome et admirer le Colisée en seulement 10 min de marche. Malheureusement lors de notre arrivé il n’y avait personne sur place, l’interphone ne fonctionne pas et même s’il fonctionne il n’y a personne pour nous répondre. J’ai appelé deux fois la propriétaire du lieu mais aucune réponse ni à mes appels ni à mes messages. Heureusement sur place il y avait un autre couple qui attendait comme nous une réponse. Le concierge de l’immeuble a réussi à joindre la propriétaire et nous a dit d’attendre 40 min pour qu’une personne arrive… ça commence bien les vacances. La chambre était pas mal mis à part l’inconfort du lit et la douche qui n’est pas au summum de la propreté. Pour les deux nuits que nous avons passé c’était suffisant pour dormir.

Nous sommes venus à Rome lors d’un court séjour. La chambre est bien placée, environ 10 minutes à pied d’une station de métro et 30 minutes à pied du Colisée. En revanche si vous voulez du confort la chambre était sale (douche, wc ..)

La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. Enorme couche de poussière dans la salle de bain ainsi qu'au sol derrière le lit et les tables de nuit. La douche est minuscule, très difficile d'y entrer et d'y bouger ensuite. Elle est remplie de taches de moississures et de calcaire jauni. Ce n'est vraiment pas propre. Les draps de bain n'ont pas été changé une seule fois en 5 jours, la poubelle n'a pas été vidée et aucune recharge de papier toilette. On ne devrait pas avoir à demander ce genre de choses. Forte odeur de cigarette dans le logement lorsque nous sommes arrivés le 1er jour. L'isolation de la fenêtre est mauvaise, on entend le traffic comme si on était sur le trottoir. La situation géographique est bien par contre, 2 stations de metro à 10min de marche. Petit bar pour le petit-déjeuner et resto sympas à proximité. La dame qui nous a accueillis était aimable et disponible. Dommage que l'hébergement soit si peu entretenu.

Un posto tranquillo

Il B&B si trova in una via molto tranquilla, a pochissima distanza da Porta Maggiore e Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, un po' decentrata ma abbastanza ben collegata con il centro (la metro è a dieci - quindici minuti di cammino). La signora che mi ha accolto è stata molto gentile. La camera era una doppia con letto molto comodo, bagno privato non nuovissimo ma tutto pulitissimo, frigo, climatizzatore. Il tutto a un costo contenuto.

Mal alojamiento.

La pieza estaba regular, la ducha estaba mal puesta por lo que no se anclaba en la pared, también las puertas cerraban mal y el agua se salía del interior. Se nos quedó un pijama en la habitación, al mismo día en la tarde escribí para poder recuperarlo y nunca me contestaron por lo que lo perdí. Mala ubicación, muy alto el valor para lo que realmente.

Ottimo soggiorno

Struttura comoda ed economica per la sua posizione! Si trova a pochi passi dalle metro A e C e dai principali autobus e tram che portano in centro o alla stazione Termini. La pulizia era ottima e il proprietario molto gentile. Sicuramente un b&b in cui tornare e da consigliare!

la struttura è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione e dal centro storico, la fermata del tram e del bus è molto vicina. Il personale è disponibile e molto gentile.

Lo positivobes que está cerca de todo caminando. Pero no estaba limpio como debería. La zona es bastante fea y nos quedamos varias veces sin agua caliente. No es un hotel, no tiene servicio de limpieza a menos que lo pidas.
