An excelent place to stay in Rome.

Very well located, close to the metro, Giubiliana was very kind, even showed us a lot of pictures of the main atractions in the city, huge and nice room with a small balcon, we left t 4:30in the morning and the toilet paper was over, and no replacement in the bathroom. It's an excelent option for a stay in rome.

Nice, quiet and friendly guesthouse

Quiet, clean and well located guesthouse a stone throw from the Vatican with shops and local transport nearby. The kitchen is nice and clean and had everything you may need should you decide to cook a meal. The bathroom and toilet was shared but I could barely tell as everywhete was kept clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and friendly too.

Great room in prime vatican location

We found giubiliana last minute after our flight was cancelled due to a transportation strike. A great find, the room was nicer than the room we had been staying in rome and much cheaper. It is not a typical hotel, you will need to schedule check-in with owner Manuella. She was very accomodating with us and let us check in early after we explained our circumstance. There is a shared full kitchen and even a laundry machine in the kitchen. We saved a good amount on transportion also. The bus stops right in front of the building. Only 1.50 euro to and from termini. The vatican museum is about a 5min walk. After doing my research, giubiliana checked all the boxes for best price and location.

Nice remodeled room in an older building.

Lovely staff/owners welcomed us and seemed genuinely concerned we had everything we needed. Located an easy walk from Vatican City and just a few blocks from a Metro access , so was very easy to move around the city to see other sites.

Modern room close to Vatican and Metro with Wi-fi

Great location for the price, excellent, spotlessly clean, recently re-furnished rooms. Modern and clean communal kitchen, very helpful owner with lots of advice on where to go. Do not be put off by the street entrance to the apartments which are on the 4th floor and accessed via a secure communal front door and small but adequate elevator. You will struggle to find a better place so close to the Vatican and metro at this price - recommended!!!

Super netter Empfang in der Unterkunft. Sehr geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Die gemeinsame Badbenutzung ist nicht nachteilig, da auf 4 vermietete Zimmer 2 Bader mit Toilette kommen. Die gemeinsame Küche ist voll ausgestattet, so dass man sich Essen zubereiten kann. Abgesehen davon sind viele kleine Pizzeria, Bäcker und Kaffees in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Zu den Vaticanischen Museen sind ca. 15 Gehminuten erforderlich. Eine Bushaltestelle ist vor der Haustür, die Metro ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt.

Wspaniałe miejsce - ładne, zadbane, czyste i przytulne. Po całym dniu zwiedzania wracaliśmy tam z przyjemnością. Przemili właściciele, dbający o porządek w mieszkaniu i komfort gości (codzienne sprzątanie). Pokój i całe mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone (wi-fi, tv, czyste łazienki, ogólnodostepna kuchnia, pralka, żelazko, etc.). Bardzo blisko do Watykanu - więc idealna miejscówka dla osób pragnących odwiedzić Muzea Watykańskie. Poza tym w pobliżu jest stacja metra więc także cały Rzym stoi otworem. Polecam z pełnym przekonaniem!
