The memory foam bed was incredible, and having a smart TV to watch our own Netflix was a definite bonus. The only downsides were the shower (the temperature was inconsistent and leaked), and the noise from upstairs. Having breakfast would also be ideal, but the location is close enough for restaurant options.

Alessia was a gracious and responsive host while we enjoyed an overnight in Rome. The Gardenia Suite is a beautiful little gem in the heart of Rome. Very clean, secure and with all modern amenities.Would highly recommend for a small boutique hotel stay.

This property was gorgeous. The room was fantastic, the surrounding area was beautiful, and the staff was fantastic! She was constantly in contact with me when I needed her, and she was extremely friendly. We will definitely be back.

Clean modern room in central location, walking distance to Vatican. Front desk not staffed, which complicates check-in. Pump in bathroom (for drainage of toilet & shower) is noisy, especially at night.

Room was small. Toilet would run when you use shower or wash your hands in sink. No one at front desk to help with questions. Lady was nice that did let us on property. I wish there had been someone to ask about tours, etc. you have to be able to figure out things on your own. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Owner did have transfer called for us so we could travel to cruise port. I guess I expected more.

Alessia was so nice and helpful! Great communication on WhatsApp. We were here one night and it was perfect. We were able to check in immediately after our long flight. We used their shuttle service from the airport for 58 EUR and it was so convenient! Free water cooler in the lobby was nice and the private courtyard area was cute!

Cool place to stay in Rome, close to the Vatican and many dining options, lots of small cafes and stores around, not too crowded which was really great. The staff is simply amazing, our late check-in was super smooth, they followed up via WhatsApp which is incredibly conveniente. I would stay here again for sure!

You can’t afford to miss this one!!

Alessia is a superb host, it was a pity we just stayed here for 1 day, but absolutely recommended to everyone! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, street parking just outside the gate and extremely easy to find. 5 star apartment!
