The room itself was decent. However, the clerk was useless! Our room was on the second floor and someone on the third floor was loudly banging for over an hour at one time!! And every morning at 5:30 am for the entire four day stay, the banging began and woke us up every morning! On the last night the banging started about 4:00 in the afternoon and continued for over an hour! When I went down to complain, the clerk just gave me a card and told me to call the number. I reached out to executive suites through Expedia because the number was no good on the card, when I did I got no response from them until the next day. And the response was they were sorry for the inconvenience!! DO NOT STAY HERE if you want rest and sleep!! TERRIBLE!!

地下鉄からも近く、スペイン広場やトレビの泉まで徒歩10分程度の距離です！便利がとても良いのですが、受付スタッフは9am〜6pmしか常在してないので、フライトが遅い方は注意してください。ホテルに入れない可能性があるので、ホテルとのやりとりが必要になります。英語が必須となります。全体的に設備も良いですし、立地も良いです。掃除も行き届いています。アメニティは全くないので、必要なものは全て持っていって下さい。ドライヤー、ポット、冷蔵庫はあります。

Nice room, good size, cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Lacks storage space as only a wardrobe in the room. Rooms supposedly soundproof but unfortunately this wasn’t the case. People in the apartment above us were very noisy from approx 6:30am every morning with feet stomping, chair scraping on the floor, water constantly running and children shouting. WiFi hit & miss, to the point we didn’t have any for the best part of 2 days. Also couldn’t receive mobile signal in the room either so made things difficult when we were looking for restaurants or routes etc Staff were friendly and available

The cleanliness of the room was good. The reception closes at 6pm so if you arrive later than that to check in make sure to follow the instructions that are sent to a WHATSAPP as a text. The staff was friendly. The best part of this hotel was the location hands down; shops, bars, restaurants, and sites. Overall I would highly recommend it.

We arrived for our check in and were greeted by Kevin who provided excellent service and great suggestions. Room reserved was large, clean with a good sized bathroom. Additional amenities included coffee making appliance and a small fridge. Mattress on the queen sized bed was one of the best we have had on our many travels. Accommodation is absolutely bang on, close to Metro in addition to walking distance to many sites such as Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps plus Piazza Del Poppalo. We loved the location.

The hotel was superb, the staff were superb, very accommodating and helpful, allowed us to leave our bags on checkout and check-in and the cleaners very thorough. We stayed in the room with the Sauna, the room was excellent and the sauna and shower excellent. The only issue we had (and this will depend on who else is staying in the hotel) but the walls and ceiling were very thin, and you can hear very clearly in the room the footsteps taken on the floor above as quite a noticeable this and so sleep was disturbed quite frequently. Still 5 stars as this is not the fault of the hotel, and we still had a superb time. The location is ideal too, a 10 minute walk from the Trevi fountain, and very easy to access all the major landmarks on foot. (We also recommend the "Limone" shop at the bottom of the street, the lemonade is to die for!)

Staff was friendly check in was easy as well they do have shuttle service to an from the airport for a fee which is a little pricey but if u don’t want to use the train I would recommend there service not to many of them have that service, my room was nice an clean bed was absolutely comfortable too I would stay here again.
