Kann leider nichts zur Unterkunft sagen, da wir sie nicht gesehen haben. Von Expedia gabs eine Bestätigung jedoch meinte der Vermieter er hätte die Anfrage storniert. Leider nirgendswo erkenntlich. Hilfe von der Person war nicht zu erwarten - lediglich 0815 Phrasen aus dem Lexikon das man sich bei expedia melden darf und es selbst lösen soll. Expedia war einwandfrei an dieser Stelle. Meine Empfehlung: lieber vorher absichern ob die Buchung steht. Nicht auf die Bestätigung alleine vertrauen.

This property has a great location! Close to the Vatican and all the near by restaurants in Prati were great. I didn’t realize that this facility is more like a self running Hostel. It is an old Roman apartment that has been turned into 6 separate suites that have a bed, bathroom and TV. Showers were very very small. Taller or larger individuals would have trouble closing the shower doors. No one is there regularly, no front desk. Just someone that comes around 10am to service your room. If you are an independent or couples traveler that doesn’t require much it’s great but I would Not recommend for families, young children or people that want guidance while traveling. I didn’t realize why they stated they couldn’t control the noise of others but it’s because no attendant is on site. We had a quiet experience but you could definitely hear people coming and going. Also including wine glasses and a bottle opener of some sort would be nice.

The place is fantastic, the service was great. They were late to welcome us and paid for dinner because of that. Great location near a great pizzza restaurant.

If this review was only about Danilo, it would be 6 stars! Our host was amazing, he welcomed us as we arrived, gave us a lot of tips around the area, and promptly offered us to change rooms when we smelled cigarettes (property is smoke free, but I guess some guests dont care). The room was very large and we were excited at first, but then it wasn't really clean. The sheets had stains and hair, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned- I know hard water leaves marks, but it's easly cleaned with bleach. The shower wasn't clean, and water hardly came through. It was very disappointing, cause the staff is incredible, and the location is amazing: close to the subway and the Vatican. Maybe I got unlucky by being on room #3.

Friendly staff but room wreaked of smoke

Our flight was delayed and we ended up arriving a little after midnight. The hotel was very accommodating and had someone there waiting for us when we arrived. The hotel was fairly clean and conveniently located. Since it is near the Vatican most the area become quiet after 7pm when the Vatican closes. This can be limiting for dinner options. Our biggest complaint was the smell of the room. Even though the hotel claims to be smoke free our hotel WREAKED of smoke. If it was not for the smell of smoke we would recommend this hotel.

Super nettes Personal , immer hilfsbereit und bemüht Tipps ausserhalb des Rom Tourismus zu geben ... super gelegene Zimmer . Petersdom , Vatikan und Engelsburg sowie Metro in kürzester Zeit fußläufig zu erreichen. Absolut empfehlenswert !!!!

Excellent stay but no wifi

Checking in was easy & convenient. The place is small (6 rooms) located in a studio in the heart of the city. Very clean, well maintained updated rooms. No wifi but the Staff were very helpful & we enjoyed our stay very much.

Sehr netter Empfang von Danilo - da wir bereits in der Früh eingecheckt haben, waren unsere Zimmer noch nicht fertig - wir konnten jedoch unsere Koffer ohne Probleme abstellen und haben zudem noch ein Gratis-Getränk bekommen; die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet - alles vorhanden, was man benötigt - nur ein Safe fehlt... der würde eventuell noch Sinn machen ;-) Auch der Check-Out hat reibungslos funktioniert - Geld für die Mini-Bar und die Ortstaxen sollten einfach im Zimmer hinterlegt werden... gerne wieder!

The property manager was amazing, super friendly, and helpful. He was available for any of my questions via txt, sincerely a great experience. The location cannot be better, locating at 15 minutes away from the Vatican City, and many other Roman interest points. Easy access to subway, at a 5 minute walk. I couldn’t be happier with the choice I made. In my opinion the property is better for individuals who are independent, and don’t need all the amenities of a grand hotel, but honestly you should just do what Romana do; Relax and have fun!

Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in Rom. Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Zimmer waren groß genug und sauber. Gereinigt wurde jeden Tag. Großer Fernseher, aber nur italienische Programme Aber alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft

Very convenient for Metro and Vatican. Friendly host, daily cleaning. On second floor, but there is a lift (2 person). Clean, good quality furniture. Great bathroom (shower only). Towels, soap and shampoo provided. Kettle & TV in room.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, obwohl wir viel früher in der Unterkunft ankamen, konnten wir unser Zimmer sofort beziehen. Das Zimmer war super sauber und der Vermieter und das Personal sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vom Flughafen leicht erreichbar und die Stadt per Fuß erkundbar. Ein leckeres Café zum Frühstück war gleich in der nächsten Querstraße.
