I cannot say enough good things about this property and the host! If you are looking for a clean, spacious room, in a good area, and with a very responsive host, do yourself a favor and book EBL Luxury Home! I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Rome.

Spacious clean suite in an excellent location in Rome. Just 2 blocks from Metro station (3 stops on Metro to Roma Termini) Commercial area with excellent shopping and dining. Walkable to many of Rome’s tourists attractions closest being the Spanish Steps. Staff immediately available and responsive to our needs. Daily housekeeping. We were very happy with our stay.

Great great location and pre arrival communications. We had some troubles with the app system to get in and the key pad lock as well which was a little stressful in the heat and humidity and with kids in tow. The door issues continued the next morning too but they were very communicative about it being looked into. The elevator was also not working for our stroller but we didn’t really need it. Clean accoms, perfect for a family and we did like it very much! Recommend highly.

Beautiful apartment but no Wifi

The property is located at a very convenient place, very near to Spanish steps and walkable to Trevi fountain. High end shops and great restaurants near by. The apartment is clean and kept well. My only concern is almost non existing wifi. I had office work and zoom meetings to attend and because of the poor connection I wasn’t able to connect at all, missed a lot of important meetings because of this issue. Toilet seat in the bathroom was loose and wasn’t fixed until we left. If you’re someone who depends on a reliable wifi look somewhere else. I would like to return if wifi issue is resolved. The hosts should make an effort to install high speed connection.

Room was clean, staff was kind, and the location is fantastic but it was SO cramped and tiny. I feel like the photos don’t really show how small the room is and it doesn’t make clear that the hallway is shared. I was traveling with my husband and small child and it just wasn’t big enough for all 3 of us.

Great location, BUT keep in mind : SMALL OVERALL, but enjoyed it SAFE DID NOT WORK, our passports gut stuck ELEVATOR : Tiny. A small stroller barely fit in there so it was complicated

Perfect stay!

Excellent stay. The room was very clean, modern and spacious enough. Hotel quality linens, and fixtures. Coffee machine and kettle with tea and coffee in the room, and a small number of eating utensils (plates, forks etc) There was also a fridge and safe in the room, and iron and ironing board provided on request. Room cleaned daily and host very responsive throughout the stay for any and all issues. Location was excellent, right in the heart of Rome. Overall, it was a hotel-like experience, just without a front desk. Would recommend 100%
