Everything is very streamlined and easy. The area arounnd at night might feel a bit sketchy but I didn’t have any problems. The property is really good shape and its a comfortable option near Roma Termini

A good place to stay. Very clean and excelent location with very good access to transportation. The only bad thing is that at night the street to get there is very lonely and it does not feel safe. Everything else was great.

Location is close to train station, about 10 minutes walk. Lots of great eating places. The check in process was smooth. The owner responded to our inquiries promptly. It will be great if there's a mini fridge.

The air conditioning was faulty and in the middle of summer, this shouldnt be the case. I had to ring twice. The first time water started leaking and the second time, they never came to fix it. The room was a bit on the small side. The toom was close to a supermarket, trainstation and an excellent food hall. Most tourist sites were within walking distance. For the vatican, please use bus 429.

I had initially booked a room with no ac, when i realized this i messaged the property owners asking to change and they messaged back extremely quickly telling me the rooms with ac. That was great. A day before we get there i realized our plane got in at 10:30 and check was for 3 so I asked for an earlier check in, I got no reply. Whatever maybe they didn’t see it in time. After killing a few hours we go to check in. The room was small, I found a bug within the first few minutes, and the ac was broken. I messaged the owner again telling them that it wasn’t working, I get no reply. Throughout our stay I send a few more messages and they don’t reply to any of them. Finally , I message for a later checkout, which doesn’t get a reply lol, but we decided to see how long we could just hang out in the room for. At 10:12 someone knocks on the door and says “checkout time 10, get out. Honestly, the room would have been fine for the few nights we were staying there if everything was in working order, but the service and messaging were just horrendous. I wouldn’t recommend this place in a million years. Don’t go here.

Nice and close to the train station without hearing it. They are new at this so there was a little confusion getting into the building, knowing which room, and having the code. But they were nice fellows.

GOOD AND BAD

숙소의 위치는 테르미니역에서 7분거리정도 됩니다. 1/2층정도 계단을 이용하고, 이후로 엘리베이터가 있습니다. 로마의 엘리베이터는 비슷한데, 처음보면 조금 놀랍습니다. 방은 생각보다 많이 작습니다. 에어컨이 없어서 7월말의 날씨에 더웠습니다. (처음에 실링팬 작동법을 몰랐습니다, 찬물 샤워 후 실링팬을 이용하면 지낼만 했습니다) 2명이 지내는데 수건이 부족했습니다. (샤워타올1, 페이스타올1) 시설은 깨끗한편이라서 괜찮았습니다. 샤워호스에서 물이 샜습니다. 로마의 비싼 평균 숙박비용대비 생각해서 괜찮았습니다.

Très bien situé près de la gare, mais quartier peu sécurisant. C était seulement une chambre d hôtel et non un appartement comme pouvait le faire penser l annonce. Les communs étaient moyennement nettoyés avec une odeur de gras. Déçue , je m attendais à autre chose
