Ci torniamo di sicuro, conveniente e confortevole

Struttura decorosa e sita in zona silenziosa... completa di tutti i comfort come aria condizionata colazione e WiFi gratis. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini. Nelle vicinanze parcheggio gratuito. Personale cordiale ed efficiente. Se non avete pretese da Hotel a 5 stelle e vi serve solo un appoggio per dormire e sostare la struttura è conveniente e confortevole. Ci torneremo sicuramente la prossima volta che faremo vacanza a Roma

Posizione ottima ad un buon prezzo in soli 2 minuti si arriva alla fermata del metro e in 5 si arriva la stazione termini... I gestori sono stati davvero molto disponibili Se si vuole visitare Roma e non si hanno molte pretese lo consiglio

Piacevole soggiorno.

Abbiamo passato due notti al Cristina Residence. La titolare è di una professionalità,simpatia e disponidilità eccezzionale. La camera assegnataci molto grande,con servizi privati, pulita e profumata. il Residence, anche se a pochi metri da Termini si trova in una posizione tranquillissima e silenziosissima. Sembra (come dicono altri recensori) di esserre in campagna e non nel centro di Roma. Tornerò sicuramente in questa struttura e la raccomando.

A konnektorok nem megfelelő állapotúak, adapterrel működtek csak, nincsenek földelve. Veszélyes! Reggeli péksütemény (croaissant, üdítő). A szobába vitték a reggelit, külön helység nincs erre a célra.

Bit hard to find. Quiet. Had to walk to get to anything eg. restaurant. fridge and microwave were useful. Air conditioned. Blackout windows nice. Good value for price. Good wifi.

Mal lugar, sucio y con mala ubicación.

Lastimosamente es un lugar mal cuidado, terrible la limpieza con instalaciones casi obsoletas y mal ubicado. No lo recomiendo y realmente me pareció terriblemente sucio.

Wonderful stay in Rome

This is a wonderful place to stay. Just a quick walk to the Termini station. Access to all guided tour operators. We stayed here for 4 nights and were comfortable considering we were a group of 2 adults and two children.

Some good, some bad

Fidel and Lillian were wonderful and were very helpful. The location was great, very near to the Termini Station, although hard to find initially. There was a really nice local restaurant nearby, which were visited twice. The room was ok, and I liked having a refrigerator. The wifi wasn't great, however. The air conditioning needed some directions as it seemed either very humid or very cold. The toilet seat was loose and moved quite a bit, and the shower door was often off of the its hinges, causing water to go all over the floor. The light over the sink didn't work either. Overall, I would stay there again, but with just a few adjustments, it would be a great place to stay.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo in una zona comodissima che, pur essendo a due passi da Termini, risulta essere molto tranquilla. Sembra di essere in campagna avvolti dalle piante del pergolato. La colazione è costituita da succo di frutta, brioche da supermercato e caffé alla macchinetta ma a quel prezzo ci sta tutto.

Hotel très bien situé car a 10 minutes a pied de la gare, d'un station de métro et d'une coop. Personnel très gentil. Salle de bain humide et toute petite. Un fenetre dans un coin de la chambre, par contre très bon volet. Chambre pas très bien insonorisé car le micro onde pour le petit déjeuné est dans l'entrée et les gens ne sont pas discret. "Petit déjeuné compris" ne comprends que le café (il y a une tassimo sans capsules et du café en poudre sans cafetière....), le thé et du capucchino. Des petits trucs a manger juste le 1er matin, nous étions 5 pour 3 petits gateaux.... Borne WIFI qui fonctionne très bien.

Foi difícil de achar. É uma casa escondida, adaptada para hospedar, com varios quartos, o box do banheiro do quarto que eu fiquei era todo quebrado e a porta ficava caindo, o chuveiro (risos) sai jatos de água para todos os lados, se você for mulher e não quiser molhar o cabelo toda vez que for tomar banho... Desista! E também não tinha shampoo. O café da manhã é um croissant de mercado e um suco de caixinha. Ah, e a cama de casal da verdade são duas camas de solteiro juntas...

Comodo punto d'appoggio vicino a Roma Termini

Viaggio di 3 giorni per visitare la città e la necessità di spendere poco per dormire. Abbiamo trovato questa soluzione comoda perché è vicina a Roma Termini. La zona è tranquilla, non rumorosa di notte. L'ambiente è spartano e chi si lamenta delle caratteristiche può cercare qualcosa di più costoso.
