Hotel is in a great location. Room could of been cleanier. shower looked like it wasn’t clean based on the calcium on the floors and walls. Some stains on the furniture and sheets. Room was well price for the area so you kind of get what you pay for.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel room wasn't great; it was very clean, but the layout felt cramped for five people and the beds were super hard. The location was fantastic, but my family and I really weren’t comfortable in the room or on the beds.

We were very happy with our one night stay. There was no reception or anyone to check you in which I was a little worried about. We arrived at the Hotel 1 pm. And there was no one there. We knew this from previous reviews. Receptionist is only there in the morning from 9 am - 10:30 am to answer any questions or concerns. make sure you check your email with special code on how to enter and your room number. Code is used to enter the main front door and the receptionist area where your rooms are on the second floor. check your email!!’ email is very important Otherwise you are left with no way to get in. Our stay was really great. We are a family of 4. We were very comfortable. Our room was very roomy. 1 Double bed and 2 twin size beds . Perfect for our family. Walking distance to everywhere. We thought we would need transportation our farthest tour (the coliseum) but we walked it 25-30 min . Restaurants and shops everywhere. 4 short blocks to Spagna Metro. Spanish steps. Walking distance to TreVi Fountain and Pantheon. Our return flight home was not until much later in the day so once you checked out you were able to leave your luggage by the reception. Visable to other guests staying. Wish they had a separate locked area for luggage storage. Our luggage was fine we left it there for about 4 hours. Taxis by spagna metro . Taxis in abundance by Spagna metro . About 50 euro FCO Airport. Overall very good location. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Location was perfect!! It’s directly in front of a church and great for shopping. Size. 5 adult size people fit comfortably. Wifi - awful. They do have an extender but just did not work. Location: Very Clean Mattress: Extremely Firm Air Conditioning: Excellent Other: We were able to leave our bags and felt secure. I would stay here again!

So it’s interesting place, run by a very nice man Ovi. Room are nice but needs improvement but then again it’s B&B and not a hotel so you expect what you pay for. Location is outstanding, if you don’t care about 2 star B&B it’s the best bet you have. Place is clean but small.

This hotel is not what it’s advertised. It was a room in a second floor of a building near Via del Corso. We never saw a front desk person nor received any personal attention. I would definitely not consider this a good “hotel” for the price we paid.

L'emplacement est top, 2 problèmes vécus, le premier est que malgré qu'on m'a confirmé par emreponse à mon message la chambre double, on m'a donné une twin avec des petits lits très inconfortables, et ce n'est que le lendemain qu'on me l'a changé, avec aucune réaction positive commerciale de compensation, et ensuite et fait GRAVE, en rentrant le soir après une longue journée, le house keeping a oublié sur la serrure de ma porte à la portée de tous sa clé, accompagnée du double de la clé de MON COFFRE-FORT ou j'avais rangé mon argent espèces (Non compté). Im est inconcevable que quiconque se balade avec un double du coffre des clients, et qu'en plus l'oublie, et quand j'ai fait la remarque, le propriétaire ou le gérant, d'un air hautain, récupère la clé et me dit je vais voir, .... et plus rien après. Graaaave.

Bra läge och smidig check in

Bra läge med nära till det mesta inklusive transport. Vi hörde inget oljud från gatan utanför men det är ganska lyhört mellan rummen, vårt rum låg längre bort så vi stördes inte. Rummet var välstädat förutom sängöverkastet som var fläckigt. Mycket trevlig personal och smidig check in med kod på sms så man slipper passa tider.

L’établissement est bien situer mais pour un 4 étoiles ces juste au niveau du petit déjeuner franchement on devait demander à chaque fois de mettre du pain de mie pas d’œufs pour tous le monde deux ou trois alors qu’on a voyager à 9 personnes avec 5 enfants le nutella fallait demander pas de fruits inexistants le sévices au déplorer fait pas abuser un 5 étoiles on doit manquer de rien la partie commune pour déjeuner était petite la chambre était correct il ne change pas les draps de bains tous les jours ces un peu chiant ça et faire la chambre cela veux dire faire les lit correctement ça m’a suer à l’appel le personnel était pas top pour payer la taxe de séjour on a dû négocier car les enfants en bas âge de paye pas normalement elle voulait nous faire payer dommage je ne séjournerai plus là bas ça ces sure

They did not give me the room that I reserved. Not organized at all. The mattress that I slept on has a deep hole inside. Don't understand why they can't replace it with a new mattress. However, the location is great. Very close to the City. They also offer breakfast.

great location and rooms are not bad

honestly i was pretty surprised with how dingy looking the reception/breakfast area is upon check-in but the rooms are quite nice and comfortable. i didn’t have a problem with anything and they were really friendly with booking a hop on hop off tour for us. i recommend this place to people who are looking for a good location near the spanish steps and shopping area. a good 10 mins away from fountain trevi and metro.

The location is in the middle of all the tourist attractions and the area is always busy. Love it, highly recommended, get the room with the via del corso view and terrace. it’s like a family run bed and breakfast accomodation, occupying the first floor of the building.
